
Inflection is built for modern GTM teams that care about data quality, orchestration, and flexibility. Coming from Marketo, the biggest difference is how easy it is to work with your data instead of around the tool.
At Mural, we replaced Marketo with Inflection to support both PLG and enterprise motions, and Inflection made it much easier to activate signals from systems like Salesforce, Segment, and Databricks without over-engineering or custom hacks. Inflection is intentionally opinionated and modern, which means teams coming from legacy MAPs like Marketo may need to rethink some old patterns and assumptions. If you’re expecting a one-for-one replacement of every legacy feature, there’s a learning curve in shifting toward orchestration over batch automation.
