In-Recruiting works for company of any size. There there are two versions and the customer can use the one they desire according to their needs. The main features include Assessments, Candidate Tracking ,Internal HR, Interview Scheduling, Job Posting, On-boarding, Recruiting Firms, Resume Parsing, Resume Search and many more. It is an applicant tracking system that makes the recruitment process easier and simpler. It is a web and could based application and cannot be downloaded. Being web based user can access it from anywhere using their computer. It is intuitive and multilingual so great for international users. In-recruiting doesn't have any major problems and minor problems are present in any application. The main problem that can some user face is that their price is 29$ per month which can be expensive for some users. However it doesn't have many problems and works well.
