
Overall, working with illumin has been a terrific experience! Their offering is unique - customizing channels, targeting, and creative to align with the customers' journey across the DSP and Meta. Their customer service is exceptional! Even with our self-serve partnership - they take the time to understand our needs. Their expert teams are strategic, solution-oriented, and collaborative. They are proactive as well as responsive – which is a great blend of strengths. The platform hasn’t had a forecasting tool for us to gauge available audiences during the planning process (which is challenging when allocating channel budgets for niche targets). However, they are working hard to roll it out in the next quarter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
