The fact that it is focused on the manufacturing is extremely helpful, as it saves us time in scraping for candidates. For the most part, everyone on the site is specific to our needs, and I haven't found another sources like iHire. LinkedIn and Indeed and the like are too broad. What do you dislike about iHire? The dashboard has a lot of bells and whistles that force a user to click more times than should be necessary. It's difficult to find competency centric applicants (like people with experience in injection molding, fabrication, or even inventory).
