**What do you like best about Ignition GTM?**

We've been using Ignition for over a year, and it has transformed the way we manage Product Launches. The Mission Control Dashboard provides everything I need to view a product launch evolution. It simplifies tracking timelines, milestones, and performance metrics in one centralized localization. The ability to share this information with stakeholders via Slack and email is excellent for promoting transparency and collaboration. 

I also love the way Ignition leverages generative AI to speed up battlecards creation and to compile takeaways from our competitors' reviews in G2. It's been instrumental in our competitive intelligence program. 

The Asset Library has also been another feature important in our strategy since it streamlines PMM content management by centralizing all product marketing collateral in one place, making it easy to provide access and sharing by internal stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Ignition GTM?**

In all honesty, I haven't encountered any significant issues or dislikes. Any minor inconveniences or bugs that I've come across were promptly addressed. Ignition's continuous development and improvement efforts have been impressive!

**What problems is Ignition GTM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that Ignition solves is simplified and standardized product launches. We've already run several using it, and for the first time, we have a process in place that is followed by our entire GTM team. Last but not least, it also helped me speed up competitive intelligence processes and battlecard creation/updating.

**What do you like best about Ignition GTM?**

I love how easy it was to get onboarded and weave into our existing workflow and processes.  It's clear the team at Ignition has thought a lot about how to make it easy to get started — you can buy specific components of the product based on your needs and it fit into our existing tech stack.  The “Copilot” assistant in their planning tools makes creating personalized GTM plans really simple, and we were launching dozens of products and campaigns within a matter of days after buying the product. As a PMM leader, my favourite part was the ability to see a high level view of all upcoming launch campaigns coming down the pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Ignition GTM?**

The reporting could be more customizable. I really like the dashboards they provide both for overall portfolio management and for understanding what’s going on with individual GTM plans, but I’d love to have more ability to tailor these for our needs at Kajabi.

**What problems is Ignition GTM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were wrestling with inconsistency across a team of multiple Product Marketers — everyone had their own systems and processes for launching things, which was really hurting repeatability and visibility into the process for both our team and the customer-facing teams downstream of us. Kajabi launches products at a very high velocity, so we were dealing with dozens of launches a quarter, and depending on PMM, each would be run differently.

Ignition’s allowed us to create a scalable end-to-end GTM process to launch everything from products to features to our monthly product updates newsletter.  It’s made it dead-simple to align PM<>PMM and significantly increased visibility across a portfolio of products. Driving more effective launch processes with Ignition has helped us optimize time and resources allocated to launches so we can focus even more time upstream on product strategy and downstream on adoption post-launch. It's been a win-win for both the team and the org.

**What do you like best about Ignition GTM?**

My favorite thing about Ignition GTM is the user experience and how easy it is to use! The tool also has AI integrated into it, which has been an absolute game-changer. It's clear that this tool has been built specifically for Product Marketers, by Product Marketers. The customer support team has been top of the line and I will bring Ingition with me to every PMM team I join!

**What do you dislike about Ignition GTM?**

There is nothing specific that I dislike about Ignition GTM. There are some features that I would love to have; however, Derek and the team are working hard to make those happen!

**What problems is Ignition GTM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Marketers often struggle with coordinating efforts between product, marketing, and sales teams during GTM launches. Proper communication to all teams can be challenging, and information can easily get lost. Ignition makes it incredibly easy to have everything in one centralized place. Stakeholders know where to go to gather information, allowing me (the PMM) more time to focus on more strategic initiatives

**What do you like best about Ignition GTM?**

I love all the AI-powered features and automation. It really does automate so much of this process — competitive intel, building GTM plans, copywriting… Every time I log in I seem to find some awesome new workflow.  I especially love how the competitive intel tools automatically track all the important things I need to know about competitors like growth, news, etc., and then help me identify what they’re good and bad at.

**What do you dislike about Ignition GTM?**

Load times could be faster and there’s still some slightly clunky UX in a few off the deeper nooks and crannies of the product. Their pace of product development is insane though, and these bugs seem to get squashed almost as fast as I can find them.

**What problems is Ignition GTM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m in the process of launching a major partnership (which actually spans multiple partner campaigns) as well as planning out my company’s initial launch, and I needed to get organized quickly and make sure my GTM plans were bulletproof.  Ignition’s been a godsend in almost every way.

It helped me structure my roadmapping and GTM process right out of the box (without having to invest time/money in building this out across a bunch of disparate tools).  It’s helped generate launch plans for me that are top-notch and ensure I’m thinking about all the little things I’d probably otherwise be forgetting.  And, it’s helped immensely with organizing assets and coordinating across all of the different partners — I’m able to house all my assets for each partner campaign, track status of the plans, and super easily communicate with each partner.  The ability to publish secure public pages for each partner campaign makes it really easy to share a very polished and clear update on what’s happening, and I love the ability to push email updates with key information to different stakeholders and keep them in the loop.

I’m saving a ton of time, getting a super easily-repeatable process, building a powerful knowledge base, and ensuring my launch execution is A+ from day 1.  I’m also going to be able to avoid so much future SaaS spend and fragmentation as we grow, because I clearly envision Ignition being the hub for pretty much all of my product-building and GTM planning from here on.

**What do you like best about Ignition GTM?**

One of my favorite things about Ignition is the automation via templates. Well-planned GTM strategies have a lot of moving parts. Whether your product team is seasoned or green, this tool makes it easy for everyone by allowing you to use an out of the box template, or, you can put in the work to create your own template to reuse for future use. The timelines and checklists that automatically generate are so helpful in keeping our team on task and providing visibility throughout the org. 

Some of my other favorite features are the AI generated personas, the copy and asset documentation (so awesome to have everything in one repository and to be able to send artifacts for approval from the system).

Lastly, the dashboard and internal comms configuration really brings this all together. We were struggling to provide transparency to stakeholders without a ton of manual work, and Ignition has 100% solved that problem. It's been a long time since I've come across a product that provides this much practical and tangible value

**What do you dislike about Ignition GTM?**

The Jira integration has some great potential. Especially because it's a metric that shows on the dashboard and can be included in the internal comms. So it really makes it a one-stop shop for key stakeholder transparency. That being said, it's not always 100% accurate. Not guaranteed that the issue(s) are on the Ignition side
As a product professional in the SaaS industry, it's been amazing to work with Derek to provide feedback around the tool and gain insights on how to use it. They are generally very accommodating and a pleasure to work with, even on the bugs.

**What problems is Ignition GTM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ignition solves the problem of rallying all product launch stakeholders (product, sales, marketing, C Suite) around the GTM strategy through automation and insights. The benefit to us is less manual work for product (timelines and checklists), less follow-up, it eliminates manual communication. It really increased our transparency, organization and efficiency around this process ten fold.

**What do you like best about Ignition GTM?**

Ignition has quickly become the centerpiece for driving alignment between product and product marketing and allows our team to launch products effectively and consistently. Having a single, shared place to document and collaborate on every element of our launch briefs, GTM plans, and copy/assets allows our PMMs to work quickly and build trust with product, sales, marketing, and leadership.

**What do you dislike about Ignition GTM?**

Nothing. It's a great tool that creates a lot of value for PMMs and our stakeholders.

**What problems is Ignition GTM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Collaborative messaging development: we're able to quickly capture and update insights from PMs and ensure that our understanding is accurate, which accelerates our process to develop effective messaging
- Alignment on launch dates: as release dates move, we can capture the new dates and why they changed and update relevant stakeholders automatically
- Consistent launch planning: applying templates to our launches ensures we never miss a step and use consistent enablement and collateral materials to train sales and make a splash
- Builds trust in PMMs and PMs: we're more aligned with our counterparts and able to speak confidently to leadership about our plans and timing to bring visible features and products to market
- Streamlined feedback loop: I can easily review and approve any messaging, copy, and assets my team is working on, and we can share items with PMs for approval, too
- Better PMM management: I can view the launches in progress for my PMMs and ensure we're on track to hit dates

**What do you like best about Ignition GTM?**

It centralizes and tracks all the moving parts of a launch so nothing is left behind. From OKRs and timelines to positioning, messaging and all the info your team should have. I always worked with Notion, Confluence and a bunch of other tools. What they don't do - give you a dedicated space for the vital parts of a launch. What ignition does- make it readily available and clear.

**What do you dislike about Ignition GTM?**

Nothing to be disliked if you're a PMM worth your salt.

**What problems is Ignition GTM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a PMM I use many different tools to create documentation, define OKRs and roadmaps and communicate it. Ignition eliminates the need to jump around and declutters your head keeping everything already structured for you and ready to be shared. I pulled our OKRs together in no time, no need to do any formatting, just add them in, update your results and you're done. No messy spreadsheets, no bending over backwards. It's a dedicated space for GTM success, and there are no other tools like that.

The flexibility of creating dashboards for managing portfolios and individual GTM plans. The speed at which they develop their product is impressive.

I sometimes find the user interface overwhelming making it difficult to navigate and locate features quickly.

Ignition GTM solves the issue of scattered and disorganized GTM activities. It serves as a hub for all our GTM needs from planning to execution. It has truly become a tool, in our marketing arsenal.

**What do you like best about Ignition GTM?**

The existing templates make it easy for me to start a new launch campaign. It's my go-to hub for all assets related to a product or feature launch.

**What do you dislike about Ignition GTM?**

I want a bit more flexibility with my integration with Asana. Currently all tasks go to a "project" but would be nice to have it go to a "task" as that's how we use Asana internally.

**What problems is Ignition GTM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a time-starved solo PMM, it was critical I found a tool that could be the hub of all the docs, spreadsheets, and generalized project management tools we were using. Since adding Ignition a few months ago, the whole process has become much faster, more organized, and more repeatable. 

I also have more confidence in the tasks that we need to check off for both major and minor releases. Having more visibility makes my job easier and it shows in how quickly I'm able to align the team around our GTM strategy. I especially love the configurability of the launch plans and templates that help make Ignition feel custom-built for my company. I'm really excited to be using them for all our upcoming launches!
