**What do you like best about IgnitePOST?**

I've really appreciated the fact that everyone I've interacted with at IgnitePOST has been extremely helpful and informative. They helped me set up our main campaign, which is to send a personal thank you card to customers who have spent over a certain dollar threshold with us, but I really love that I can send one-off cards to anyone I want that says anything I'd like it to say. It's been a great way for us to stay connected with great customers, and I really do believe that it leaves a great impression of our company with our customers - a touch that they aren't expecting at all and are unexpectedly delighted by. Thank you to Anda, Cassidy, and Arian, for all of your help so far!

**What do you dislike about IgnitePOST?**

We put a separate phone number on our IgnitePOST cards so that if any customer calls us back directly from the card, we'll be aware, but I'm also very realistic that like any marketing, customer acquisition and retention is a culmination of various touchpoints. We aren't able to gauge the direct impact of the cards, but I very strongly believe that using IgnitePOST only helps customers remember us for the next time they need our services. It's just one more way for us to stay top of mind, and puts us in a great position for word of mouth referrals.

Sending thank you cards through IgnitePOST allows us to leave one last lasting positive impression on the customer after they just spent a certain threshold of money with us on electrical services.

I really appreciate how IgnitePOST saves us a lot of time and effort, especially in real estate marketing. It's great that someone else handles our mailing, which makes the process much easier for us. Cassie Dunbar at IgnitePOST puts our mailers together efficiently, allowing us to focus on other important tasks. I like that it keeps us on a schedule to send out postcards. The cards are designed to match our personality and more likely to be opened by the people who receive them. Having Cassie do most of the creative part makes it very simple to do.

**What do you like best about IgnitePOST?**

The staff (particularly Cassie) are all AMAZING and go well above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.  They are responsive and so kind.  The software itself couldn't be easier to use and once you get used to the nuances of it, you're off to the races.  We use it all the time and are so excited for all that's to come for our spring market, with this as a core part of our marketing strategy.  We've tried other handwritten notes before, but everything about this experience is by far the best.

**What do you dislike about IgnitePOST?**

Nothing!  At first I thought it would be better to use more characters, but now there is an understanding that it doesn't look real otherwise - no one would sit and handwrite that long a letter.

**What problems is IgnitePOST solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No one has time to handwrite thousands of cards, and printing shops can't do different names for each card, which is what makes it the most authentic.  There is no better way to achieve this result than the robotic handwriting, and we know for a fact these get read and get results.  We have experienced it before, and invest a lot into it because we know it works.  We are very glad we made the right choice with Ignite and know that this is just the beginning!

**What do you like best about IgnitePOST?**

I really like that every customer gets a personalized thank you card after using our business.  We were also able to customize the thank you package with additional magnet that stays with the customer once the cards are thrown away.  We have enjoyed the customization and opportunity to create a better customer experience at the tail end.  It's very easy to use and we have a great team handling our account. It was very easy to set up and once completed it just worked. We run approximately 3-600 cards a week.

I don't have a downside to share about IngbitePost at this time.

We were able to save hundreds of manhours by automating the outdated process that existed before.  Our team is able to focus on other priorities.

I really appreciated the simplicity and ease of use of the platform—it made managing our campaign straightforward and efficient. The customer service was also excellent; the team was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless from start to finish.

The main area for improvement would be around reporting. It would be great to have more visibility into site traffic or engagement metrics directly within the platform to better understand the impact of each campaign. That said, I understand this kind of tracking can be challenging given the nature of direct mail, but even basic reporting would be a valuable addition.

The only complaint I have is I wish it were more clear that the contact list/card template were uploaded successfully and are being sent for processing. Sometimes it's hard to know whether you're good to go or not.

Great customer service and a personal product. I've used them at two organizations, and the onboarding has been seamless both times. It's easy to upload and personalize our monthly notes, and we get a great response from our members.

**What do you like best about IgnitePOST?**

I was lucky enough to have Anda as my contact through the prospecting process. My company was evaluating options for a handwritten note service and interviewed 5 different companies as potential options. 

From a product perspective: There are a few services that use robots like Ignite does, but many just print a "handwritten" font on paper. The price difference is marginal when you consider the effect of authenticity. Some services had the same or similar offerings, and some beat Ignite on price. The differentiator here was the customer support.

The fact is that Ignite has the best quality, followup, and support by far. The other services barely followed up with me, and I had very little confidence that they'd be able to help if anything went wrong on our end. Anda was quick, responsive, and wildly helpful. From the start, she sent over really valuable assets in the form of case studies, and she was incredibly knowledgable and professional.

**What do you dislike about IgnitePOST?**

We weren't excited about a $199 activation fee. That said, the explanation of this fee is to provide a live onboarding process to set us up for success

**What problems is IgnitePOST solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a lean startup, it doesn't make financial sense to pay our hourly employees to spend their time writing thank you's. The automation and price point will benefit our company by saving the money but ending up with the same end result

The staff has been very helpful and kind in helping me set up the campaign. Haven't sent out the campaign yet, so cannot report on that yet, but I feel confident that their staff will provide me with the support I need to create a successful campaign and to resolve any issues that come up.

Figuring out how to make things flow between Klaviyo and Ignite Post has certainly been a learning curve, but so far Arian has been very helpful with that whole process.

**What do you like best about IgnitePOST?**

IgnitePost is fantastic. Previously, we spent hours each month sending handwritten cards to our members and prospective members. We knew we could print and email them but wanted the personal touch of a handwritten card. IgnitePost produces a card written with a real pen, using handwritten styles and even imperfections you would expect in a human's handwriting. This saves us a tremendous amount of time each month and even allows us to reach more members with this personal touch. When we were writing these by hand, it was easy to fall behind. Now, our cards arrive in a timely manner, welcoming new members to our society within a week or so of them joining - whereas before we would sometimes be a month or two behind.

IgnitePost also integrates with Salesforce and other CRMs so that you can automate the entire process.  Now, when a new member is added to our database, a workflow is automatically triggered that will select the right message and the right card and get it mailed.

The idea is genius, the technology is incredible and the team is amazing. When we use an outside platform or service, we usually refer to that organization as our partner. But often, we feel like a customer. The team at IgnitePost absolutely treats you like a partner. They are incredibly responsive and dedicated to helping you make the most of the platform. They go out of their way to problem-solve and help you be successful. And if there's something you'd like to see added to the product, they are open to suggestions.

I cannot say enough good about IgnitePost and how happy we are to have them as our partner.

**What do you dislike about IgnitePOST?**

There really are no downsides. I would like to see the ability to export a list of contacts to whom you've sent cards. While that isn't built into the product, when I asked the support team if it was possible to do it, they delivered the report to me within  minutes. So - no downside. If there's something you need that you can't do with the platform - the Support team is extremely responsive and will figure out a way to deliver.

IgnitePost is helping us get the attention of members and prospective members. It's helping us stand out by sending seemingly handwritten notes to people. It not only saves us hours each month, gives us a record to whom we've mailed cards, makees sure the cards are written and mailed in a timely manner, it also provides that white-glove service to our members.

The IgnitePost team has been great with us from the beginning. Calls, demos, follow-ups, setup, and ongoing support have been beneficial to our team's success with this product. We are all so overstimulated with electronic communication that sometimes, that handwritten card in the mail just breaks up the attention of your clients, partners and prospects. The IP system is straightforward and has multiple ways of processing cards and various packages to choose from, and when you run into an issue, the support team is always helpful. Thanks, IgnitePost! So far, I have had a very positive experience and have nothing that needs addressing. If the system could allow for multiple contact lists to be used on the same campaign, that would be fabulous, but the workaround is simple enough.

Electronic communication isn't always the best way to get the attention of our type of client or partner. IgnitePost allows us to tap into that more personal touch of marketing while allowing our team to continue to focus on other tasks.

They are flexible. We use them for various amount of handwriting jobs, and they can typically accommodate.

From some of the work we've done together (though I admit, I haven't seen their whole catalog or tried to improve), their competition impressed me more with the "handwriting" quality than IgnitePOST (read: "confusable" with a person writing).

Haven't found a dislike yet other than their persistence in scheduling an onboarding session -- which was rooted in my success and self-sufficiency. So I guess it was positive.

Do it sooner than later!

Cutting through the clutter in cold outreaches was infuriating. A personal "handwritten" note has made a tremendous impact. Example: We sent out ~75 holiday cards to net-new prospects with an unlisted QR code. The QR code generated over 200 hits on the webpage -- that's over a 260% hit rate!

IgnitePOST's team has gone above and beyond to help us create a unique experience for our customers that drives loyalty and community in a way we haven't been able to accomplish with email or SMS. Arian and Anda have taken the time to understand our needs and help us design solutions that delight our customers. The IgnitePOST integration with Klaviyo allows us to build very specific and targeted trigger rules so that our customers receive timely "hand-written" messages from the founder voice that bring them back to us as a brand again and again. If you're looking to set yourself apart and create loyalty via personal touch, IgnitePOST's hand-written mail solution is the best we have encountered.

**What do you dislike about IgnitePOST?**

There isn't much to dislike about IgnitePOST at all. The only thing that is a challenge at all is fine-tuning the Klaviyo integration after initial setup, but even there, the team stepped in to assist and troubleshoot with us.

Standing out in a crowd of competitors is a challenge for every business. The hand-written solution that is logic-triggered to reach our best customers is the biggest advantage we see from IgnitePOST. We hear back from customers how much they love the hand-written notes and that intangible "feel-good" from our customers is really a great benefit.

Working with Anda and her team was a great experience, and the response from our clients has been wonderful. So far, everyone has loved their personalized card, and as this is the only way we communicate with our clients outside of business-related issues, I think it's been a roaring success! The cost was probably slightly higher in actual dollars than it would have been if we'd used preprinted cards, as we've done in every prior year, but the amount of time saved in processing and sending the cards more than covered the extra cost, and I think the client response has been better.

The IgnitePost team culture and personality is what I like most. A product can be as amazing as theirs, but sometimes not have the service and great experience behind it - but with IgnitePost, you have a great product and you are dealing with friendly, helpful, intelligent, kind humans! There is no price you can put on that. Their ongoing, open communication and reliable availability is also hugely appreciated.

We never got to meet the team in person because of COVID, but zoom meetings made us feel connected which helped! If we were able to meet and have everything installed/set up by the IgnitePost team and have an in person meeting, that would have been great.

Tech is mind-blowingly cool. Robots that hand-write cards for you?! Come on. 
It can also integrate with CRMs and tools like Zapier to pull off a smooth automated process, which is huge if you're trying to scale this function.

Nothing so far - so easy to use. Maybe more in-app design abilities, but it was easy just to design the cover in Canva and upload it to the template in IgnitePost.

IgnitePost offers an integration that allows our business to send letters on behalf of our customers with one touch of a button. Being able to vary the handwriting style has helped us tremendously which in turn improved our product success rate. Arian and Leo have been super helpful and accommodating to meet our business needs.

The only thing to mention is the manual work that goes into sending bulk letters. With our unique case, the work can be tedious, but it's not a huge deal! With the integration, there is no other manual work involved so there's no true dislike.

Since we are sending letters on behalf of our users, varying the handwriting style has improved our product success rate. Additionally, with the integration, IgnitePost allows us to scale through automation, which is extremely important in the tech industry.

Really love the intentionality that the IgnitePost cards present to customers. It really connects with people in an awesome way and we have heard such great responses from those we sent the cards to. This is definitely something we will be implementing in the large scale across our business! Also the customer support is very helpful with setting up automated and customized notes to go out for specific customer segments. Highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to increase the professionalism of their business or service.

In our business as a startup, it is extremely important that we are as efficient as possible with our time and capital. IgnitePost is perfect because it delivered an automated personal touch to customer service and experience without us having to spend tens of thousands of dollars on an additional hire to deliver the same experience.

IginitePost did not really have any limitations. I thought it was a great price for a great service.

Rather than personally writing handwritten notes to every individual customer (which becomes impossible), we took the time to create the perfect note and IgnitePost took care of the rest. Now our hands no longer hurt from writing thousands of cards.

We're a small robotics based startup with a waiting list of customers for our product. While we build our product, we need to keep these customers engaged and updated on our progress. IgnitePost has been key to helping us keep these folks updated. We send out a newsletter once a month and use IgnitePost for the delivery. Our customers love the personal touch esque experience.

We had some technical questions that took a couple days to turnaround. Not a big issue at all - they're a small nimble team and they're probably growing rapidly.

Our marketing needed a jumpstart in the COVID age. Our emails weren't seeing any lift, so we decided to try hand-written emails. We liked the attribution best.

Nothing particularly to dislike. The team is small, but they have a great product, which scales. This product can handle over 10K notes, no problem.

Recommended if you're customers are more old school and found online. Great way to break through the clutter of email.

In addition, Arian at IgnitePost answers questions day and night, and makes availability to help with anything you need.

There isn't much to dislike about IgnitePost. If they don't have a function or ability, they work to add it and make sure you have everything you need to succeed.

As someone who is not very technically oriented, I find Ignite Post easy to use and they make their technology very straightforward.

I dislike getting cards returned because the mailing list I provided was not current, this is actually better than an email because I can clean up the mailing list when cards get returned as undeliverable.

The product is very professional, they are easy to deal with and the cost is very reasonable.

Getting noticed by people and businesses that we have a hard time getting noticed by on social media or via email.  I had great success with a fundraising campaign using Ignite Post and my second campaign has done what we had hoped for to kickstart a new marketing campaign.

Much better than sending "yet another email"- esp for valuable B2B accounts. Great tool for our BDRs to prospect in existing accounts.

Didn't have addresses for many prospects so needed to manually track those down. Not sure if there is anything they can do to help that.

Response rates from B2B prospects- they are loo low when using traditional methods like cold calling and cold emails.
