I've really appreciated the fact that everyone I've interacted with at IgnitePOST has been extremely helpful and informative. They helped me set up our main campaign, which is to send a personal thank you card to customers who have spent over a certain dollar threshold with us, but I really love that I can send one-off cards to anyone I want that says anything I'd like it to say. It's been a great way for us to stay connected with great customers, and I really do believe that it leaves a great impression of our company with our customers - a touch that they aren't expecting at all and are unexpectedly delighted by. We put a separate phone number on our IgnitePOST cards so that if any customer calls us back directly from the card, we'll be aware, but I'm also very realistic that like any marketing, customer acquisition and retention is a culmination of various touchpoints. We aren't able to gauge the direct impact of the cards, but I very strongly believe that using IgnitePOST only helps customers remember us for the next time they need our services.
