The images the fonts. And knowing that the card will be written by a (robot) hand is really a big difference. This is not printed. You get the real thing here. The UX is simple and straighforward. **What do you dislike about Handwrite?** You must spend some minutes understanding the flow. But it´s not a dislike, it more somethinf that I think the platform need, so the learning curve is none. It only works in the USA and it would be great to be able to send to another countries. (maybe the feature is there and I can´t find it. **What problems is Handwrite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It´s not a problem solver, at least for me. But it would be if you are a company and would like to send a lot of phisical salutation to clients, as you can upload a CSV with multiple adresses. ### 2. The cost is honestly cheaper than doing it ourselves as well. **What do you dislike about Handwrite?** Not much, all works so for precisely as needed. It would be neat if the service offered preset amounted gift cards for Visa / Starbucks to drop right in the interface and pay for. **Recommendations to others considering Handwrite:** Check out the upload your own media option. I haven't tried it yet, but great to be able to use your own logo, photos, etc. **What problems is Handwrite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Handwrite helps us connect with our customers in a meaningful and authentic way and show our gratitude while keeping our business efficient. ### 3. So much of what we do now is computer based with lack of personal feel, this offers a great way to show appreciation to keep customers. **What do you dislike about Handwrite?** There is a good amount of things about the program that are intuitive, with some of the questions we did have a faster way to speak with someone would be helpful. **What problems is Handwrite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Handwrite makes it much easier to personalize information that would otherwise take forever to hand write. It simplifies and greatly decreases the time that I have to write out a card to a potential customer. The reply rate has gotten much better as a result. ### 8. It is the variety of options and the authenticity of their product. The interface is also very simple to use. **What do you dislike about Handwrite?** I think they can make it a bit more user friendly. I think there is a gap between the customers and the company right now. I've researched other disruptive technologies in this space, but none come close to Handwrite. What was even more impressive is that Handwrite takes a photo of each card and envelope they generate and posts those photos on their website so you can monitor production in real-time. **What do you dislike about Handwrite?** I wish Handwrite would provide larger card formats and an 8.5"x11" letter option. It is difficult to get everything on a 4"x6" card. **What problems is Handwrite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I want to ensure that potential customers actually open my mailers.
