The back end tool is self explanatory, interactive, and exciting to use. In addition, Arian at IgnitePost answers questions day and night, and makes availability to help with anything you need. **What do you dislike about IgnitePOST?** There isn't much to dislike about IgnitePost. If they don't have a function or ability, they work to add it and make sure you have everything you need to succeed. **What problems is IgnitePOST solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use IgnitePost to Post Purchase follow up for orders from Shopify and Amazon. By sending a physical card, it proves more intimate for the customer and separates us from our competition, which translates into higher LTV and repeat business. ### 2. It is not a replacement for email, and it is difficult to track incrementality. So I would view this as a good way to boost brand and retention. If you are under pressure to produce clear ROI on every channel, maybe hold off on this for a bit, but be sure to return to it because it really does help increase LTV. **What problems is IgnitePOST solving and how is that benefiting you?** solving low response rates and lagging retention. it def captures customer attention and helps us stand out, which increases retention/LTV. ### 7.
