What do you like best about Ideally?

I like how fast and easy it is to get real feedback using Ideally. The platform is easy to use and gives fast, useful insights. The dashboard and insights make it simple to understand results without spending a lot of time analyzing data. I especially like the quick survey setup and the clear summaries, which help me make better decisions with confidence. What do you like best about Ideally?

Ideally has made it much easier to understand difficult consumer questions. In marketing, we often ask many questions and conduct extensive research into what we believe consumers want or need. This platform enables us to address these questions quickly. Being able to reach out to consumers directly and receive detailed results by the next day is truly a game changer. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and you can easily teach yourself how to use it without any assistance. What do you dislike about Ideally?

Biggest challenge so far has been client unfamiliarity. Because it’s not a household name (yet), it can take a bit more effort to sell it in or justify its use—especially with more traditional clients who are used to legacy research methods. Once they see the output, they’re usually convinced it works, but aren't willing to ditch the legacy methods yet. But the product itself is great and with time think clients will really buy into.
