**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

The Tracksuit platform is user intuitive and so easy to navigate. The Tracksuit team are responsive, lovely to work with and explain their platform in a simple to understand way. 

The team have done a great job of anticipating what marketers want to see and how to drill down into brand tracking results to gain a greater understanding of our position in market.

The data filtering and export functionality makes using the dashboard seamless

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

The platform scratches the surface of what could possibly be tracked and understood. Looking forward to see what new features are rolled out in the coming months

**What problems is Tracksuit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracksuit provide a snapshot of full funnel brand tracking. Being able to filter by a single competitor, age, demographic profile etc help inform our business where there may be opportunities or areas of improvement. The self serve functionality means we are not waiting on another agency to provide a report and we are able to jump into the Tracksuit platform as and when needed to get the information we need for our business

**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

It's beautiful, easy to use, consistant data that shines a light on information we would otherwise be in the dark about. It's a great way to introduce brand measurement to a business and communicate brand health over time.

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

Data always needs to be taken with a grain of salt - there's a lot of variables that contribute to the numbers being a bit rougue, so it needs to be consumed as a snaphot of the story not the end-all-and-be-all of brand health. That said, it's still better than no data at all and still provides a consistant understanding of where your brand is at - it just needs to have a healthy amount of context applied to it.

We've got appropriate data to support our understanding of brand health, over time, and in corraltion to our internal measures / metrics. We've got a sounder understanding of the best way to think about brand vs. performance marketing. We've got clarity on areas to focus on, and goals to support the brand strategy.

**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

Within just a few months of using Tracksuit we were able to gain invaluable insights about our position in the market, our audience, and our key competitors. Since then we've used it to messure the ongoing effectiveness of our campaigns, which in turn has helped inform our broader marketing strategy and how we go to market across Australia. The platform is incredibly intuitive and the team at Tracksuit are beyond amazing - they're always available to provide helpful tips, insights, and early access to new features. They're also genuinely lovely people who we consider to be true partners of our business. I would definitely recommend Tracksuit to any marketer who's looking to get thorough insights on the strength of their brand.

Any features or tools that Tracksuit doesn't currently provide are usually a very short term pain as the platform is constantly improving.

**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

Always on brand tracking that allows SMEs or those with limited budgets to be able to access all important brand tracking metrics.  As a smaller FMCG company we always found gaining insights into our brand metrics was out of reach due to budget constraints, until we found Tracksuit.  Now we have a wealth of data to drive insights on our brand which includes being able to track our brand statements.  Clear easy to use dashboards, integrating AI to assist with deriving insights from the data.  Tracksuit is a real game changer in brand metric space.

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

Have not found anything yet.  There is nothing we have discovered that we have not found useful.

**What problems is Tracksuit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracksuit has enabled us to not only get an understanding of our marketing funnel and therefore where our focus needs to be, but has allowed us to dig deeper into demographics and regions so we can tailor our marketing plan to areas that we've identified through Tracksuit require focus in different ways.  
Through the brand tracking statements we have been able to ascertain which messages we need to work harder on activating and where we may need to adapt those messages.

**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

The insights! You can use them & they make sense. I love benchmarking ourselves against the competition and using the data to inform our strategy. Plus, it's cost-effective compared to traditional research methods - and better! I think Tracksuit is a winner, plus I love the team.

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

I just noticed that the statements tab has been updated. It's excellent! I'd love it if AI could scan user feedback and suggest areas for improvement, like, "Hey, Signature looks like you could be better here," and then provide specific recommendations. But that's me having to think about something! Also, can you add a campaign date anywhere in your dashboard?

**What problems is Tracksuit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since Tracksuit turned up, it has effectively ended speculative discussions among our leadership team and instead provides concrete data about Signature Homes' reputation among the public. The valuable insights it offers have empowered me to substantiate the key elements of our marketing strategy. We have used the data to create our "Leaky Pipe" framework that pinpoints our leaks in the customer journey, from initial consideration to preference. Even our franchise network, primarily consisting of builders, understands the data - which, trust me, is a huge WIN!

It's intuitive to use and share, I was self sufficient from day one, no need for extensive training. There are no limits to the number of users on our account. The new AI functions are fairly accurate at auto-generating some topline insights and analysis which is a total time saver. The account team is so responsive and always available. I can go on at any time and see live data. The CSV reports can be downloaded to integrate into my monthly reporting

The number of brands tracked is limited by my budget although additional brands are reasonably priced.

**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

Tracksuit has done an amazing job in increasing the accessibility of brand tracking, which historically costs over $100K and is simply unaffordable to smaller brands. The platform is intuitive, beautifully designed and I appreciate the constant efforts to improve the product. The customer/client service is also second to none (shoutout to Natasha!).

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

The monthly sample size makes it difficult for smaller brands to establish significance. It would be great if there was an option to increase the sample size for an additional cost.

**What problems is Tracksuit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracksuit gives us a holistic understanding of our brand in a broader target market that we have not historically researched. Further, our previous brand research efforts have always been annual, meaning results are subject to recency bias. Conversely, Tracksuit's always-on approach means we can better understand our brand awareness and image.

**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

Tracksuit is affordable, robust and the platform is particular easy to use (the beautiful design helps). We really enjoy being able to gauge our brand growth in almost real time as well as the broader category insights it offers. It's been invaluable for us while on a growth spurt as a brand to be able to measure the impact of certain activities and investment. The reports are also easy to pull from the platform and really helpful for internal reporting. On another note - the tracksuit team are a bunch of legends and go above and beyond in onboarding and promoting new feature adoption.

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

I don't have any specific critique to share because the platform 'is what it says on the tin'. Obviously the dream state would be to be able to survey audiences based on brand-specific questions of our choosing, but that's not the role of this platform and was never meant to be, and would cost about 20 times more if it were!

**What problems is Tracksuit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We onboarded Tracksuit ahead of a major retail launch specifically so that we could track awareness over time and have more visibility on insights in the category. Tracksuit has helped us test assumptions and to prove the value of certain activities and investment over the launch period and beyond.

**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

Having the ability to track key brand health metrics at almost a 'real time' level has been fantastic. Monthly tracking not only means I have up to date data when requested, but also allows me to accurately compare with prior periods and how it links up with monthly in market depletions performance. 
Most notably, Tracksuit played an integral role in our recent 2024 brand planning as a way of illustrating to our global heads the key metrics we want to keep winning in, why and how we will achieve it.

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

Originally, my minimal gripe was not having colour coded graphs to easily show our performance vs competitors. This was quickly resolved by the Tracksuit team and means the graphs we have access to show each competitor brand and us clearly and concisely.

**What problems is Tracksuit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brand equity. Kraken is built on a unique DNA that must continue to stay ahead of competitors. Having Tracksuit gives us the guiding light to either continue, or pivot our activity based on how these metrics are performing.

**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

Tracksuit is a super easy to use brand tracking platform that has literally changed the game for branding tracking by offering a cost-effective alternative to commissioned quantitative brand research and tracking. Tracksuit has the potential to save businesses  tens of thousands of dollars a year in agency and consulting fees, and covers off all of the basic questions that any brand manager will ask of their brand.

Nothing I can think of. Tracksuit has been a great platform.

It's addressing our need to have a regular view of the performance of our key brand metrics and brand attributes (vs our competitors).

The team is helpful, resourceful and always keen for feedback. The price point makes brand tracking accessible for all brands, and the interface is easy to use whilst looking slick.

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

There are some concerns from clients around the survey size. We have reassured them that we think the data is robust, but this could be an area of focus for blogs etc to go into more detail. It would be great to add campaign specific questions. Things like are you aware not only of the brand but XX ad. However, that would increase the price point, which is vital for many clients.

Clients often are in a brand bubble and think that ALL of NZ are also in this bubble with them. Tracksuit has provided clarity for brands to understand where they sit in the NZ consumer journey and what areas they need to focus on for communications.

**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

Tracksuit is genuinely the best tool in our marketing team’s tech stack, we LOVE using it. We previously paid 5x more for a semi-annual slide pack of insights from a big research firm. With Tracksuit, it’s not even the price that’s the best part - it’s just such a beautiful and simple product to use that we can jump in and pull out insights within a few clicks. They also manage to roll out the exact new features we’re wishing for and seem to keep releasing them every couple of weeks!

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

I wish we could use them to track our brand in other overseas markets (e.g. Canada).

**What problems is Tracksuit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of having a single point-in-time, snapshot of our brand health metrics, we’re able to have an always-on view which gives us an indication of how we’re actually trending over time. This means we can overlay our campaigns in a timeline and see what’s working and what isn’t. The tool is also ridiculously easy for us to pull charts into our board reports.

- The ability to understand yourself, and showcase to your company true ROI of your marketing campaigns. Seeing direct relations between increase in awareness, consideration and brand health statements in relation to your marketing activity

Not too many downsides to be honest. Just comparability within all sections against other demographics side by side for example needs some more development, however I know the team are on that.

- Solving proving our ROI in marketing activities by seeing directly how we are perceived in markets by our consumers. We gain a real understanding of where, when and how consumers interpret and see our brand because of Tracksuits insights.

**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

It is extremely easy to navigate and identify relevant insights. The data appears to be very robust and reliable. It's also a very light touch platform requiring little set up/implementation effort. The support team are fantastic and it seems like there is new functionality released continually

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

Very little. To find something, it would be helpful to be able to group/aggregate select results to provide more configurable views. Having said that, all the data is downloadable so such views can easily be created off platform.

**What problems is Tracksuit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracksuit is solving the problem of having intermittent and infrequent brand tracking and unreliable data. We have moved from a sporadic/ad hoc monitor with high degree of variability in results, to with Tracksuite an always-on tracker with very reliable data. Furthermore we've been able to implement a better solution, and save on costs - a real win-win!

Interface is user friendly and easy to navigate. I love that I can keep tabs of where my brand is sitting vs. our key competitors and the visualisation of data.

It would be useful to have further clarity on the brand image tool as the bubble size and colours can be a little confusing.

**What problems is Tracksuit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying where I need to focus my brand marketing strategy on, providing data for benchmarking and justifying budget to the board. I've been able to secure approval for a brand marketing campaign and incremental budget to support and can easily report on my progress.

Apart from the great product, the onboarding process and people have been absolutely amazing.

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

So far, everything has been positive, so I can't think of anything I dislike.

**What problems is Tracksuit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we set up our surveys every quarter. Although it was as simple as duplicating the previous survey, we were capturing data at a point in time. Tracksuit is always-on, so it removes the need for us to set up every survey plus captures real-time brand insights. Another benefit is Tracksuits dashboard, which is easy to interpret, filter and share (because it actually looks nice).

Tracksuit complements strategy develeopment via its always on brand measurement enhancing identification of market trends thereby enabling faster reaction to market and real time decision making. In addition,  support from the Tracksuit team is highly responsive and the advice of ongoing reporting enhancements appreciated.

Dashboard format is good and simplfies use although need to build familiarity with views to exploit data

The price tag! You get a lot for relatively little.  And it does what it says it does on the packet.  Also, as the online reporting suite is essentially a SAAS product, they are consistently innovating and adding improvements.

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

It's great - you just start wanting more - like all data once you get some and can draw insights you start asking more questions :)

We mainly use it to guide our demographic media targeting.  For instance when it looked like we were losing awareness amongst a younger demographic we up-weighted our spend on younger platforms and shifted some targeting in that direction.  We saw a response the following month

**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

That it gives us the ability to quantify our brand activity and show the impact of investing more/less in this. The wording imagery is also really helpful to understand how this changes over time, plus compares against others. Insights gained such as more/less uptick in specific areas and demographics has been especially helpful too.

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

That I can't pull the BA numbers directly through to other software types to enable us to track against our conversion etc numbers (to understand correlation).

Solving the need to track brand, which in turns supporting having data to pitch for more budget as well as justify why we are spending our budget on building brand vs other activities.

Simple, no-fuss platform covering the foundational elements of brand tracking.   Much more cost effective way of tracking elements of brand health vs. larger research/consultancy firms.

We use Tracksuit to monitor our brand in multiple geographies, would be great to have a global view in addition to a market by market view.

**What problems is Tracksuit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, Tracksuit is a more cost effective way of monitoring brand metrics in multiple markets vs. larger research consultancies. There's a role for more in-depth brand reporting, but with Tracksuit we have year long visibility of key brand metrics as opposed to just once or twice per year.

It's all online, easy to interpret and understand, and provides many visual charts to monitor our brand performance.

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

It's expensive compared to collecting data the old-fashioned way, but we get good insights, and it's non-bias which is essential for us when presenting the data to our stakeholders.

It's helping us measure our brand performance regularly and consistently against competitors.  It also provides insights into the thoughts of our existing and likely customers.

**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

It's an easy-to-use and very intuitive online platform, which enables our marketing team to track our brand. Data is updated regularly and can be accessed 24/7. Great to be able to segment the data as we need to. It enables us to benchmark ourselves against our key competitors and track their progress.

I wish I had more time to drill down into various filters - otherwise the platform is awesome!

Easy to set up and get going. It doesn't cost more compared to traditional research. It saves time and can be accessed 24/7. Love how visual it is and its great to be able to take screenshots to pop into reports.

That research doesn't have to be expensive and done annually. It allows us to plan our campaigns backed by current data and set measurable KPI's. Tracksuit allows us to provide better reporting to the business and our board. It helps us with our annual marketing plans.

**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

Tracksuit provide a valuable insight into our brand's performance in the context of our category at an affordable price point. The team are really pleasant to work with as well. I'm really happy with my experience to-date.

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

The only item that comes to mind is the dashboard funnel isn't hugely customisable - which isn't a bad thing as it allows for better comparision vs competitors. There is the option to capture this information seperately though which is hugely appreciated, it just won't appear in your easily accessible dashboard.

**Recommendations to others considering Tracksuit:**

If you're looking for a great brand tracker with a fantastic team to support you, TS is a great solution!

**What problems is Tracksuit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It benefits us by giving us insight into how is our brand performing. We can then use this information to set objectives for the year ahead and track how we're performing. It's regularly updated so we can regularly assess performance and adjust if needed.

**What do you like best about Tracksuit?**

It's a highly visual and fully interactive platform that puts my brand's key metrics front and centre. It refreshes monthly (at a minimum) and it's easy to compare our own brand growth with just one or all of our competitor set. It's also super cost effective and is the perfect tool for explaining the performance of your brand to those less well-versed in marketing.

**What do you dislike about Tracksuit?**

Not so much least helpful, but more of consideration, is that it is a SaaS product more than a pure service-based model. This means that where you might get bespoke analysis and insights by working with a research agency, this is not something available out of the box with Tracksuit. They are, however, always adding new features and analysis tools, so I'm sure it won't be too long before there are features to suit the needs of marketers.

**Recommendations to others considering Tracksuit:**

If you're looking for an intuitive, (semi) self-service brand tracking platform, you could do a lot worse than Tracksuit. The team is super engaged and actively listens to suggestions for improving the platform - while providing a product that is best in class for a fraction of the price of any research agency I've ever dealt with. Would highly recommend for startups and anyone marketing folks who just love great data visualisation tools.

**What problems is Tracksuit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping demonstrate the value of brand marketing as a key driver of not just awareness and consideration, but also sales. This means I'm able to shift the internal conversation away from CPA in pure performance digital channels and look more holistically at our marketing mix.

Tracksuit is a fabulous way to cost-effectively track your brand health. I highly recommend considering it if you are looking for a tool that allows  always-on brand tracking and you want to be able to measure the impact of your marketing activities.

The ability to measure in real-time brand health. It is a very useful tool to highlight the impact that our media activity is having, as sometimes this is difficult to measure in a cost-effective way. Tracksuit provides the perfect platform for this.

I love how aesthetically pleasing it is, how it makes data easy to read, and that when you need help, it's super quick. I have never used anything this data easy before.

Nothing so far. Maybe less purple and some more colour variation.

If you are someone who gets scared easily by data - like me, this is an amazing tool to build confidence and get you to a place where you will enjoy interacting with data.

I am able to track monthly or quarterly, how we are competing on brand metrics vs our competitors. I can see when things are landing with consumers and where we need to put more effort. I love that this is all vs competitor average. The gender breakdown is also great, as we like to track women in investments quite closely.

We love being able to track our brand performance compared to our competitors and be able to break this down by region. This provides marketing, sales and management with clear performance metrics that allow them to make informed decisions on brand marketing spending. Tracksuit have completely changed how we brand awareness and conversion.

The only downside we have found with Tracksuit is getting valuable data in new markets when awareness is below the margin of error. Everything else works well.

Tracksuit allows us to see changes to brand awareness and conversion in real-time. This provides a better understanding of what types of marketing spend has a tangible effect on moving the brand awareness needle.

I would like more transparency into how the surveys are conducted. I've always wondered if there is a natural bias for people who choose to fill out surveys, and people who choose not to. And with that I always wonder if these types of measures are better suited for some products, and not others.

I would recommend Tracksuit to anyone trying to understand their brand better. It is easy to use, shows valuable insights, and  will allow you to focus marketing/advertising on the right areas
