What do you like best about iAdvize?

The iAdvize team was very engaged from kick-off to implementation and beyond. Our solution architects said it was one of the best integrations we have ever undergone. What do you like best about iAdvize?

We use iAdvize daily and our team loves it! The interface is intuitive, the speed of exchanges is a real asset, and discussions easily shift from one advisor to another without losing context. The ability to manage both synchronous (real-time) and asynchronous (the client returns later) conversations is a real advantage, especially for adapting to clients' availability. This allows us to maintain the connection, even when they are no longer online. The routing rules are effective, the statistics are clear, and iAdvize support is always responsive when needed. What do you like best about iAdvize?

iAdvize has allowed me to deload my customer service team with the majority of website conversations with customers. Monitoring the conversations, iAdvize does an amazing job answering technical and detailed questions that our customers ask and has a very strong conversion rate which makes the service fee a drop in the bucket. What do you dislike about iAdvize?

I think there are some features missing in iAdvize that impact the overall experience. For example, there’s no proper queue system when transferring to an agent—consumers only receive a message saying someone will reply within a few minutes or hours, which can feel vague and unstructured. Additionally, some reporting capabilities are limited. While more detailed insights are available in the back office via the CSM, they sometimes lack the granularity we need. iAdvize offers a comprehensive service for quality interaction with our clients and prospects. The tool is easy to configure as a whole once you understand the setup of groups, skills, and agent profiles. What do you dislike about iAdvize?

In my opinion, some features are missing, particularly a section for users to leave a message outside of the chat's opening hours so that the agent can respond in the morning and an alert can be sent by email to the user. Our clients are requesting this and are often dissatisfied with their chat experience due to the lack of this feature. What do you dislike about iAdvize?

Just two points for us here:

- The lack of scheduling functionality to automatically differentiate the Campaigns we run during public holidays requires us to manage this manually for each of our 30+ global Markets.

- Whilst iAdvize have gone above and beyond to provide what we need (and the data is in the platform, just not necesarily presented how and where we would like to see it), we have had difficulty aligning the KPI and reporting metrics to match those we had from a previous chat vendor. However, iAdvize are working closely with our business teams to provide an API solution that will better suit our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
