iAdvize offers a complete service for quality interaction with our clients and prospects. The tool is easy to configure as a whole once the construction of groups, skills, and agent profiles is understood. In my opinion, certain features are missing, particularly a section for users to leave a message outside of the chat's opening hours so that the agent can respond in the morning and an alert can be sent by email to the user. Our clients are requesting this and are often dissatisfied with their chat experience due to the lack of this feature. The support, responsiveness and engagement we have had from iAdvize during the first year of our partnership, has been extremely good. Just two points for us here:
- The lack of scheduling functionality to automatically differentiate the Campaigns we run during public holidays requires us to manage this manually for each of our 30+ global Markets.
- Whilst iAdvize have gone above and beyond to provide what we need (and the data is in the platform, just not necesarily presented how and where we would like to see it), we have had difficulty aligning the KPI and reporting metrics to match those we had from a previous chat vendor.
