What do you like best?

The fact of being able to see what the user is writing. This allows us to prepare our response and be more receptive, advise people remotely, create contact with the client and improve confidence and sales if necessary. The tool is quite fast during the dialogues. The option to delete a message by making only a clip in the small trashcan seems silly but I like to be able to count on that.

What do you dislike?

There should be a search bar to find conversations, including those that have been closed. The social is not yet fully developed.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is a highly recommended tool for any business that sells online since its specialty is marketing. In addition we can know in which steps the clients need help and make changes in the site accordingly to be able to perform a better conversion this is relevant to achieve the objectives successfully.

What do you like best?

iAdvize is a platform with great monitoring capacity. The fact of being able to see what the user is writing. This allows us to prepare our response and be more receptive. The speed of the platform for the response in the dialogues is impressive. This tool allows us the possibility of being able to know in which steps the clients need help and make changes in the site accordingly to be able to make a better conversion.

What do you dislike?

Some information data is missing, in the social is not yet fully developed for our needs. These are the only weaknesses that this tool presents. There is no possibility to filter the messages in the left bar.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This platform is highly recommended especially to any business that sells online with constant traffic.

"Great functionality and still User friendly"

What do you like best?

Very easy to practise and use, either for an advisor, a manager and an administrator. We can find almost anything we need as figures for analytics : it's a very powerfull solution for behavioural targeting on livechat.

What do you dislike?

Dislike may be too much, but it certainly need improvement : Relationship with team when we try to submit improvement based on usage, if it's not on the roadmap, we have lack of listening from the Iadvize Team.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We work for company which deals both with Customer care issue and sales achievement. Using Iadvize is a growth lever on Customer satisfaction and transformation rate.
