Humanitru Pricing Overview

Fundraising and volunteers are core to what we do at our organization. Over the past four years, we've transitioned from from an older, outdated system to Humanitru. I've been very impressed with this "all in one" solution that allows us to manage all of our donor stewardship, record every contact, manage our volunteers, set up online giving, manage events, and facilitate auctions. As someone that is new to development work, I've especially appreciated the intuitive nature of this program. Cloud based access and the ability to review our data from anywhere/everywhere is also a huge asset. Lastly, and most importantly, the founders and staff are just good, decent, well intentioned people. The COO especially has been a fantastic partner given her background in development. We had a problem with our online auction several year. The customer service and support that was provided by Humanitru was quite simply superb. I dislike that we had the problem, but Humanitru's response was the best customer service that I've ever received. They demonstrated ownership, learned from the issue, corrected it, and fixed it.
