"Sharing documents and information couldn't be easier, faster and safer."

What do you like best?

Huddle provides excellent tools and features for maintaining communication and sharing information and documents among teammates and with customers. It is highly intuitive and excellent for organized work, you can keep track of what each team member is doing, what remains to be done, share documents, information and more. Being cloud-based represents zero loss of information and facilitates access to stored files from anywhere in the world. Its technical support is first class. What do you dislike?

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Huddle has been of great benefit in managing teams and information and strengthening collaborative work within our organization. We use it to communicate and share documents with our teammates and project-related clients quickly and safely. "Huddle - almost..."

What do you like best?

The Huddle Desktop app is becoming genuinely useful and the web interface is OK. They support SAML so we can integrate with identity providers like OKTA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Not always reliable, and slows down mid-late afternoon UK time for us (presumably when the US West Cost start work). We find the task management support virtually useless - if it was made more document-related it would be much better. Lack of admin visibility to deleted documents and the lack of any way to get them back is a major PITA - we pay for an additional service to keep a copy of all files offline so we can recover for deletions.
