What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how seamlessly it keeps everything organized and connected. The visibility into deals, activities, and communication makes it easy to track progress without chasing information. I also love how intuitive the tools are—tasks, sequences, and automated reminders help ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and the integration with the rest of HubSpot keeps the entire workflow streamlined. It makes managing sales processes feel far more structured and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of the more advanced features—especially around reporting, forecasting, and workflow customization—require higher-tier plans. It can feel limiting when you want to build something more tailored without jumping to a more expensive subscription. At times, the system can also feel a bit rigid, and certain views or filters aren’t as flexible as I’d like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
