<p>Terminology consistency is honestly the thing that bites teams the hardest when they jump to 10+ languages at once. You can have great translators across all pairs, but if there's no shared glossary or termbase anchoring the work, the same product feature ends up described differently in six markets. Single-vendor approach won't magically solve it either, but at least you're not coordinating style guides across multiple vendors at the same time.</p>
