What do you dislike about Hubdrive?
Working with this company is truly awful. Extortionate with billing (will switch off your system access even for a disputed license that you dont use).
No effective account management (you get forced to try to resolve problems with only their accounts dept who cant fix anything except by demanding money).
A sales process FULL of deception (promises not met, free license inclusions that turned out to only be temporary, a license structure that means only the most expensive "HR Manager" licences can be used for every role in the organisation because the budgeted licenses turn out to have ridiculous restrictions that don't fit any role in our organization.)
They dont even support their own product - not even feature support aside from a badly written KB. IF you pay 20% more each year, you get support via an external a third party provider that it still learning how to work with the product. This alone tells you how much HubDrive cares about its customers - they outsourced support to make someone else handle the complaints I guess.
And lastly an utter lack of care about the relationship. Once you are onboard they consistently demonstrate that they do not care about the relationship and that you cant leave without a lot of effort. Buyer beware, this is a terrible example of a vendor-lock nightmare.
We absolutely would not choose to work with this vendor again if we could have a do-over.
The product is OK once you invest enough time to learn it and figure out basic customizations (Power Platform knowlege required for mods). It takes time to learn because the user manuals are useless, and because of its confusing interface. Even the module names are confusing eg HR Hub, HR Administration, and HR Hub Administration, and HR Manager are all different 'apps' that do different things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
