Integrations with other HR/ERP tools are limited
Better suited for small to mid‑sized organizations than large enterprises

**What problems is HR Pearls solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about HR Pearls?**

In HrPeral, very easy to use payroll activities along with Quarterly TDS Return. The attendance module is very easy to trace particular employee also reporting system is very good. All type of reports are available in this software and also we have customized the report as per our conveyance.

**What do you dislike about HR Pearls?**

Only one issue is there sometimes the software does not refresh properly while we have changed one company to another company. Except this i don't think so any other issue are there.

**What problems is HR Pearls solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If refreshing problem is sloved then it's benefit for us to view the pie chart properly as per current company instead of previous login company and it's really heplful for us.
