What I “like” best about an HR Assistant is how it simplifies people management and saves time for both employees and HR teams. A good HR assistant can:

The simplicity with which it can be set up and utilized. In addition to their excellent customer service, which is always available to assist you in the event that you encounter any problems, it integrates easily with current systems.

It is the regular absence of a personal touch in conversations. This is especially evident when you require guidance or assistance that goes beyond merely adhering to preset scripts or responses and instead requires a grasp of particular circumstances.

**What problems is HR-Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It facilitates hiring, responds to employee inquiries, keeps track of documents, and supports a number of HR tasks like payroll and onboarding. The advantage of having  for me is that it frees me up to concentrate more on my development and primary duties.

The finest thing about HR-Assistant in my opinion is its first-rate customer service which guarantees prompt assistance when required. Its user-friendly interface streamlines daily HR duties and makes it simple to explore and manage personnel data effectively. Its ease of implementation makes setup effortless.

While customer service is usually helpful, response times might occasionally be slower during busy hours which is one aspect of HR-Assistant that I dislike.

we are facing high volume of repetitive administrative tasks, such as data entry, record maintenance, and document management. while using this it handles routine tasks, freeing up HR managers to focus on strategic priorities. which  Saves time, reduces errors, and increases productivity across the team.

HR assistant is one in all where we can have data integration of new employees, recruitment,performance managent,payroll , time and tracking system and one of the best feature is compliance and reporting tool which is best.

**What do you dislike about HR-Assistant?**

we would like to have talent management system more specific and clear also need to have more off board options in it.

**What problems is HR-Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

one of problem is how to reduce paper work where its realy helpful from recruiting till succession planning, also it help us to secure our employees data as well as it accomodate a larger and complex Hr needs.

**What do you like best about HR-Assistant?**

Through this software, all of our employees' data can be securely stored, and its user interface is lovely. This allows for the creation of unique profiles for each employee, and time management exercises are made much more fascinating as a result.

**What do you dislike about HR-Assistant?**

It has performed in line with our needs and expectations, and the HR department has found it to be very helpful in handling all activities related to human resource management. We have used them in accordance with our needs, and they have completed each assignment admirably. We have had no bad experiences with them.

I can use it to do all the human resource management activities of my company, especially to give promotions to the employees according to their annual performance. It is very helpful.

This software's UI is incredibly user-friendly. This makes it possible to track each employee's daily attendance and makes time management very simple to set up.

**What do you dislike about HR-Assistant?**

Our search for HR assistance software involved a very thorough examination. We selected this program since it was able to satisfy all of our needs, and we have had no issues with it.

**What problems is HR-Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best thing about it is that it offers high service at a low cost. We can evaluate each employee accurately as all the information about each employee's workplace is stored through it, so it is very easy to give them annual promotion benefits based on performance.

WE can find attendance tracking, its very good to apply for leaves and we can also see the leaves get approved.

Its incapability to support video MP4 format to upload on wall

What I like most about iBM maximo is that it is very accurate and the data is secured and it is very easy to use, can integrate with other existing software  use in HRIS.

**What do you dislike about HR-Assistant?**

I would suggest having a free trial first so that users and prospect users can try to use. Because every institution has different applications and processes. So they can suggest for any customization.

You can try this IBM Maximo so you can experience the safe, fast and easy-to-use system that is reliable.

It has a safe and secured database for the confidential details of the employee. And time and record-keeping is fast and easy to manipulate. This is so useful in our part.

very easy to use, affordable even for small-scale organizations that have complex tasks, its an easy way to track employee performance in terms of time to and off office, great tool for employee communication, allows you to give holiday off even when not in the office through the web-based tool. compatible with mobile phones which makes it very useful for tracking workforce in various work stations.

Everything works well, the features as great and easy to customize to fit organizational needs.
