The user interface is so much easier to use both for me and the participants, 5 minutes and participants know all they need to know to have a great experience. The flexibility for me to be able to hide/share things in a variety of ways is also wonderful. **What do you dislike about Howspace?** I wish the pricing model was a bit different. I have participants who only log in to do the session, they're not creating or faciliating anything, I would like to see a different licence for those kinds of uses. **What problems is Howspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me Howspace is a great tool to help me quickly and easily set-up engaging workshops and classes that don't have a huge barrier to entry for the participants. ### 2. As we have learned and uncovered certain layouts we like, we love the ability to duplicate pages across workspaces. This saves us a lot of time! Our team enjoys the quick and easy ability to edit - it keeps us agile and our workspaces up to date. The dashboard allows us to navigate and access our 20+ workspaces easily. The AI is a top draw for us, aggregating the pages users are spending the most time on. We love the ability to "force" users to respond to a question before they can proceed to the next page. This eliminates social loafing and prevents imposter syndrome users from engaging. **What do you dislike about Howspace?** The booking widget has room for improvement. As an admin, I can't edit the body of the .ics calendar attachment sent to users booking a meeting. Thus, the end-user accepts a meeting that contains an .ics attachment with no agenda, notes, or ability to join the call virtually. My current option is manually downloading a list of individuals who have signed up for a specific booking time. Then I add those users to an Outlook invitation, include a Microsoft Teams link, and send an updated planner with instructions to delete the Howspace invitation and use mine, which has agenda details and a log-in link for MS Teams. Maintaining 20+ workspaces, we're often slowed down signing in with Microsoft (SSO integration) - it would be nice if we had open access to open any of our workspaces without logging in again. Deleting containers is not intuitive. For example, we have some with outdated imagery within a container/image widget that are hidden. We must first go into "edit layout," then "link" the container, then edit and delete the image. Finally once the container is empty we are allowed to delete it. Font colors - our preferred font colors for the body of a widget do not save. For example, a white background with black font - and we want to BOLD and add one of our company logo colors to the bolded word - the correct HEX/RGB does not save and we are required to have that information on hand. If you're using any widget other than image and decide to include an image, you're not able to justify the image centered with the text. A catalog of templates would have been nice upon signup; a lookbook that could be generated to give new customers a starting point. **What problems is Howspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Howspace allows learners to engage with one another across physical locations, time zones, and business units. Aside from a learning management system and Sharepoint, we did not have a platform for associates to connect with one another in such a streamlined and inclusive way. ### 5. I personally use Howspace especially in virtual and hybrid events as an event platform, where a stream can be easily embedded and supported by various interactive content. Different surveys and subpages make the event interesting, and page-specific visual appearances allow for the consideration of different brands at the event. **What do you dislike about Howspace?** The customization of visuals could be even more flexible, and it would also be nice to be able to bring custom fonts and different sized visual elements to the platform. Building a pulse survey is not very intuitive and requires practice. I have given feedback via email several times, so you already have other development ideas in mind :) I really like the platform! **What problems is Howspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform provides a good foundation on which to build events as well as online courses.
