**What do you like best about HowSociable?**

Allows us to compare our own brand against other competitors whom are of a similar type and size.  Greta to see what the competition are doing and assist with Marketing and sales strategies. A fantastic opportunity to evaluate our Social Media Marketing presence and brand marketing actions. The fact you can get a score for each brand enables you to monitor your brand effectively against our major competitors in the market place. I can also calculate the magnitude score which is fantastic. Also having the ability to view detailed metrics on line and also filter data to give me an exact view of my brand positioning.

**What do you dislike about HowSociable?**

User interface can be a little clunky! May need a bit of an update to feel more fresh and cleaner.

**Recommendations to others considering HowSociable:**

Definitely worth the look if you want to see how your brand is performing in the global market place. The use of Social Media Monitoring tools is so powerful!

Were looking to see how our brand is performing in the market place. Also,see how it compares against the competition and also monitor sentiment so we can address customer related issues and improve customer success and support processes.

The price and also the historical data. I enjoy reading the blog as i find it very interesting.

I wouldn't say i dislike anything at all.
