Submagic makes video editing so much easier and faster. I love how it lets me trim the video before editing the captions without me jumping back and forth between different video editing apps The templates and editing features like b-rolls, stock images, transitions, and auto-zooms make my videos look great with little effort. Adding sound effects and music is super easy, and the tool even generates descriptions and hashtags for me. It's very user-friendly, even if you're not tech-savvy. In the past, I have already tested several other tools for subtitle generation and was rather less convinced. However, Submagic really positively surprised me. A 59-second reel in German and only 1 mistake, which I had to correct (technical term). The design of the subtitles is also really super easy. This part usually takes an extremely long time if you do it manually with Davinci Resolve or Premiere Pro (at least 30 minutes). With Submagic, I have perfectly animated subtitles within 5 minutes, and the timing is 100% accurate. Great tool for anyone who wants to create modern subtitles! Lastly, I want to highlight the support. While editing my first reel, I had a chat with the support open, who stood by me from start to finish. They even recorded live explanatory videos of 1 - 2 minutes for me so that I could understand how to implement certain things. Such helpful and individual support is rarely experienced! One area for enhancement in Submagic that I've noted is the B-roll functionality. It would be beneficial to have more advanced options for automatically incorporating B-rolls into projects. While manual insertion works seamlessly, automating this process could significantly streamline video editing workflows, allowing for even more creative and dynamic content creation. Its 'My Account section feels complicated for a user who possesses little knowledge about the IT stuff, however, I provided my suggestion and the support team said they're gonna take care of those issues as they're continuously trying to make things easy for users. Getting started is easy, very simple to use UI and the AI is nice as well. Really helps you quickly put together a video to be able to post on SM. It's well put together and seamless. The support is amazing, quick to respond and answer any questions. Never had any issues with being able to get a hold of them and get my questions quickly answered. Not only do I thoroughly enjoy the UI and the User experience while working inside Submagic but I also came across a problem or a bug that had not been addressed by any other customer in the past so I and the support team had to work collaboratively to get that fixed and finally we got it fixed and the team was supportive throughout the entire experience so I would highly recommend anyone else giving it a shot because I have no real negative things to say about it. Honestly Submagic makes life a lot easier and these guys are always striving to improve and make the process more fun and seamless! They have a great way of setting up a voting system on improvements that developers should work. I absolutely use Submagic in my everyday editing process. Submagic makes adding captions so easy and it offers great colors for highlighting words, emojis for added visual appeal and several font selections for added customization. You can fuss with prettying it up as much or as little as you want. Their voice to caption timing is rarely off which really saves me a bunch of time! The product is perfect for my needs. I feel comfortable using it and i save so much time with submagic. We do all our client work with it and the final reels look like industry standard. I want to point out that they improve the software all the time. If you give feedback, they listen to you and optimize things so that the workflow gets better and better.
