HostArmada's pricing on their plans is very affordable, and the quality of the services is high.

"Really Good Customer Service"

What do you like best about HostArmada?

I am paying 12 Bucks for the Shared Hosting and their Customer Support is really good! Like honestly I can text their Live Chat at 2 am or at 3 pm. They allways Anwser. Even with the most stupid Questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HostArmada?

I love that they deliver a very good performance and their service and technical team is just outstanding! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HostArmada?

I would say that the biggest downside is that they don't have any "on demand" backups. They automatically backup the server once per day, which is good. At the same time, if you need more often backups (e-commerce for example), you will have to find a third party company for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was having a HUGE issue with performance with the company I was using before. I have an e-commerce and each day it's requiring more resources. What do you like best about HostArmada?

Maybe the only downside is that there is just chat and not phone access, but I'm finding the chat feature works very well for me, and I am still able to reach a resolution regardless of my tech issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HostArmada solving and how is that benefiting you?

HostArmada is hosting my professional website, which I am working to drive traffic to and eventually monetize. I chose them due to the excellent discount and good ratings. I had switched over from Siteground in November because the price was going to be too much for me as a very small blog that is taking longer than I thought to grow. But HostArmada did the migration in only a few hours and were very good about updating me and explaining the process. They are very professional in all interactions I have had with them. What problems is HostArmada solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have tried a lot of hosting companies out over the years, and for one reason or another felt dissatisfied and left, usually to do with poor loading speeds or bad customer service when things go wrong.

With the Speed Reaper package (with Litespeed) I have found an excellent value hosting option where everything works well, free SSL, free daily backups, Cpanel, and most importantly all my sites loads very fast and get great performance scores.

Considering the cost of this package (just over $20 per month) I couldn't be happier. A great value option that allows me to host 20+ client websites, so around $1 per website.

So far the service has been excellent, always instantly connected to an agent and they have all been helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing major has gone wrong on the sites though, which is a good thing, but that would be the real test. However, with the daily backups I have peace of mind knowing I can restore the sites if needed.

Very happy to have found Host Armada, as I find that it is equally as good on all aspects as a package that I have with another company that costs twice as much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
