Their Uptime and Tech support is very excellent They are really great with a really good uptime and excellent tech support staff that are attentive.

Everything was so quick and easy to set up initially (even if you're not tech-savvy, they will help you out). And the one time I did need their help with my website, they were super quick and efficient and got it working again for me literally within a couple of minutes. They're also really friendly. I also love that you get to speak to a HUMAN! They have a 24/7 help desk. It's great to be able to have that kind of support and get instant help with any issues.
