I then tried BlueHost and had nothing but trouble with their migration service and customer service. With BlueHost the initial migration was supposed to be free but they run it through a plugin and when that failed I was told I needed to pay to complete the process. SO... I went searching for a hosting company that offers free migration and stumbled upon HostArmada. I am happy I did. The migration process is truly free and is handled by real people, not a plugin. Their customer service specialists are knowledgeable, patient and incredibly responsive. I purchased my hosting plan online, submitted a support ticket requesting the migration and was contacted within about 10 minutes that they were already starting the process. And this was on a Sunday! I also transferred my domain name and they assisted me with that process as well. Since my site has been live, it runs perfectly and is definitely faster!! It has been a great experience so far. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. As you may have guessed....
