I've had powerful and completely reliable service with HostArmada for 3+ years, but the most amazing thing about this company has been the outstanding, truly exceptional Customer Support. Even when I've contacted them about issues that don't really even fall under their responsibility (recent examples: buggy imac email account set up issues & Kajabi dkim/spf set up misinformation which the HostArmada support helped me sort through and then they gave me the exact steps to go back to Kajabi and implement to make it work correctly.) The most difficult aspect I have found while working with HostArmada is the initial learning curve, which could be considered steep by non-technical individuals (which I was when I began creating my website).

That said, customer support has been able to guide me through the process or refer me to one of their comprehensive guides within minutes. Additionally, HostArmada provides an extensive, constantly updated collection of guides available should you need it.

So, the 24/7 access to support essentially mitigates the learning curve in many ways and, as such, allows for easy and painless use and implementation—as long as you feel comfortable asking for assistance when running into any roadblocks along the way.

Sign up for more than a year and its just dollars per month to host dozens of sites. I am not a developer and often bug up the system, but they always get to my ticket within minutes and walk me through it. I operate both affiliate sites and sales funnel landing pages on hostarmada.
