What do you like best?
The ability to communicate to, interact with and facilitate conversation for a remote workforce that has never been possible before, has increased the time spent developing referees in England. It has also added a different dimension to refereeing, making better use of technology and allowing those who are at home with digital engagement and apps, to utilise this with their hobby.
What do you dislike?
The biggest challenge has been to ensure the content is formatted correctly. Converting PowerPoint presentations to fit the Hive structure can be time consuming.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Maximizing the training, education and development time with referees, due to extra time with the referees remotely via Hive.
Lessened the email burden, as Hive is a constant communication tool.
