Really easy for users to pick up and interact with on the go! **What do you dislike about Hive Perform?** Some QOL ammends would make using the system a lot easier i.e. improved search, user led reporting, pinning posts. Can take a while to for updates to be implemented. **What problems is Hive Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Upskilled our store population, bringing a level of consistency to our customer service model. Brands love working with us to create content as it's super simple. Interaction with the learning improves our overall transaction spend. ### 2. HIVE is also at the forefront of new AI technology and it's great to see how it can enhance the learning experience. **What do you dislike about Hive Perform?** A challenge I face is keeping a virtual program engaging to participants who prefer to learn face to face. **What problems is Hive Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** HIVE is supporting our training and development programs to be delivered in a global capacity and can be accomodated by varying schedules (based on field and office based colleagues). ### 3.
