It really brings a collective of learners together in a remote way. **What do you dislike about Hive Perform?** I found some of the functionality a little bit tricky. Not being a user of social media meant I had to play around with @ and # and teach myself these nuances. Also, I wanted to view more comments in a joined up way so that I could reply to a bunch of comments rather than by all or individually. The learning modules are quick and only take about 15-20 minutes per week to really take in the information. Also - the support team from HIVE has been great! They are so easy to work with and make implemntation as a client so seamless! **What do you dislike about Hive Perform?** One drawback - if you are one of the 1st ones to complete the module for the week you don't have the benefit of seeing/interacting with all the comments that get shared later on unless you go back to re-engage. **What problems is Hive Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** HIVE has helped us offer our People team a dedicated learning platform just for them in order to encourage self development. Our people team often puts others first so this was an opportunity for our people team to be first. ### 5. For our apprenticeship programme (Arch Apprentices) we get great feedback that Hive doesn't feel like a typical piece of learning technology, but rather as an engaging and intuitive tool that they want to use. As we're expanding its use to extend to more collaborative learning (where early pilots are really encouraging) I expect to see apprentice engagement with Hive to rise. **What do you dislike about Hive Perform?** It would be lovely if it could include more functionality around progress and progress reporting - but we are working with Hive on that. **Recommendations to others considering Hive Perform:** embrace the collaborative learning as the primary reason for using it - we are only just getting to this. **What problems is Hive Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Engaging apprentices who are on our programmes but working full time for their employer. Our retention rates are comfortably better than average for apprenticeship programmes, and Hive is playing an important part in this. ### 18.
