A lot of our staff are out on site, or work across different locations, Hive is flexible and accessible anywhere, which means our leaders can learn on the go. We've been able to tailor content 100% too our needs which means our leaders get the learning they need to perform at their best. We've had really responsive customer support. It would be great if it was clearer how far learners are through their learning pathway, sometimes this can be hard to clearly navigate through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the weekly topics and scenarios really help groups learn in a structured timescale with the huge benefit of being able to share experiences and ideas with fellow group colleagues. It really brings a collective of learners together in a remote way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found some of the functionality a little bit tricky. Not being a user of social media meant I had to play around with @ and # and teach myself these nuances. Also, I wanted to view more comments in a joined up way so that I could reply to a bunch of comments rather than by all or individually. Maybe it was just me!? Hive is easy to use and I think really leans toward a Millennial / Gen Z generation vibe beucase it feels a lot like social media to me. The learning modules are quick and only take about 15-20 minutes per week to really take in the information.

Our experience of Hive Learning has been overall positive. The ability to have a tailored programme design and dynamic engagement tools have significantly improved the development experience of our colleagues.
