What do you like best about HireQuotient?

I use HireQuotient as a recruiting OS to keep all my hiring data and candidate reach out organized. It solves the struggle of finding valid email addresses for candidates we really want to hire. I like that the automation feels very human and does not make our company look like a bunch of robots. The automation in HireQuotient saves time, reduces manual work, and speeds up hiring decisions for better efficiency. It plays very nicely with our CRM, making the handoff from sourcing to hiring very smooth. I was using a bunch of different spreadsheets before, and I am so glad those days are over. I really like that HireQuotient helps our team find niche technical profiles that are usually hard to track down. It fixes our issue of having a messy, unorganized list of potential hires in different spreadsheets. I really like that the candidate data is actually accurate and does not lead to dead-end emails. I also like its user-friendly interface, smooth performance, and clear dashboard, which make hiring easier and more efficient.
