I like that I can email or send a message through Hireology if a phone number is not in service. This feature is valuable because sometimes people's phones are turned off or they don't answer due to thinking it might be a scam. This makes it easier for me to get in contact with people. I like that the form goes pretty well. The layout's neat and centralized, which helps me see everything in one place. It allows me to see my list of candidates, get a quick breakdown, and make notes about candidates. This helps me track my way through the hiring process. Also, I find the platform easy enough to use. Moving candidates around can be kind of a pain, especially as they're going back and forth between processes. You have to get into every candidate's screen to make notes, which is a pain.
