&lt;p&gt;On the closing question: closures are nearly impossible to attribute to a CRM switch, because deal flow, market, and lead sources all move at the same time. What you &lt;em&gt;can&lt;/em&gt; measure is speed-to-lead, the minutes between an inquiry and the first touch, and that&#39;s where follow-up automation actually earns its keep, since response inside five minutes versus an hour is one of the few levers with a documented effect on conversion. If a switch didn&#39;t move that number, the closure question answers itself.&lt;/p&gt;
