The cost is as high as some full HRIS systems that allow the hiring applicant tracking to flow in to an employee personnel file. It’s very straightforward and offers useful integrations. In the past, I’ve worked with ATS platforms that didn’t let you add notes directly to a candidate or their application. With this system, it’s much easier to find duplicate applications and previous notes. **What do you dislike about Hireology?** The one feature I wish was available is the ability to view all candidates for a position once I have selected one. Rather than having to use the arrows at the top to scroll through each candidate, it would be much more convenient to have a sidebar listing all the candidates, allowing me to click directly on the one I want to view next. **What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hierology has truly streamlined the hiring process for me. Next the canudate is transfered to a location the information stays in the original location and doesn't update the history from the new spot they were transfered. Nexted a dashboard to show progress on current, MTD or YTD canidates in the hiring process. no way to acurratly track who I hired after it moves to Hiring manager or HR. maybe a email that says, "Jonny Brown" just completed 7 year history or Back ground or "Johnny Brown" hire date. "Johnny Brown" start date... would be helpful but a great tool for sure.
