As a company, we have multiple steps in the candidate movement process that we choose not to utilize through Hireology, such as the testing option. Even though I deselect certain steps when posting a job, the monthly reports still indicate that candidates have skipped steps in the workflow. This can make it challenging to get an accurate representation of our hiring process. It would be beneficial if the system could better align the reporting with our custom workflow preferences.
