What do you like best about Hireology?

I like the QR codes and marketing materials that are already pre-built in the system for building out the hiring steps for each job. It's super easy and efficient, especially for job fairs in different communities. We can easily create QR codes and send them to onsite teams, making it super easy to print them out and have them accessible, which is efficient for our communities. What do you dislike about Hireology?

The assessment feature, particularly the predictive index assessment, sometimes doesn't work properly. When you have to send an assessment to a candidate, the drop-down feature doesn't always populate as it should, which makes it less reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
