Implementing HireBrain into our recruitment lifecycle has been near effortless. HireBrain is intuitive because you learn the value of the platform as you go through the training. Each "module" is interwoven throughout the entire hiring process. While you're following along to the training, you begin to build your Role Design. Better yet, HireBrain leverages AI to then draft your job description. Now with the introduction of Intake, our talent acquisition team will be in HireBrain nearly every single day. Whether a talent advisor is hosting an Intake Call with a hiring manger, or creating a job description, there is immense value in using HireBrain. I also love the way it integrates with our other tools (Zoom, our ATS, and our Calendar). It's improving the experience between TA and hiring manager, and increasing efficiency by leveraging the AI to do the heavy lift on drafting the job description and pushing the final version to the requisition in our ATS. Of all the tools we use, HireBrain has been by far the easiest to adopt and the most intuitive, but it's nice to know that even if we do run into issues, those at HireBrain have been right there to support us.
