## About HireBrain Hiring Enablement Platform
The HireBrain Platform includes: Intake -- an AI-Assistant for recruiters in Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Intake provides in-app guidance to recruiters during recruiting intake meetings. Intake is used to automate the development of draft Role Designs, Job Descriptions, Interview Guides, Interview Scorecards and New Hire Plans of Success (OKRs). Role Design -- AI-assisted application helps managers build a much higher fidelity view of the role for which they are recruiting for. Learn -- on demand hiring training based on the science of decision making and bias reduction. Integrated with Role Design, enabling new managers to design a role during the training. Job Library -- a simple, easy to use, feature rich place to consolidate job description templates (by team/unit), draft job descriptions, and social job marketing copy. Embedded prosocial editing tools help identify and resolve bias, grammar and structure that reduces role attractiveness. Interview Guide – automatically generated behavioral interview guides based on Role Design. Interview Scorecard -- measure what matters during an interview. Qualify candidates on essential knowledge, skills, abilities and attributes, not gut feelings. Objectives -- time-phased plans of success (OKRs) for new hires based on Role Design. Automated Sourcing -- enables recruiters to automatically build searches in Findem for newly approved roles based on the AI classified data from Intake and Role Design.

**What do you like best about HireBrain Hiring Enablement Platform?**

Implementing HireBrain into our recruitment lifecycle has been near effortless. HireBrain is intuitive because you learn the value of the platform as you go through the training. Each "module" is interwoven throughout the entire hiring process. While you're following along to the training, you begin to build your Role Design.  Better yet, HireBrain leverages AI to then draft your job description.  Now with the introduction of Intake, our talent acquisition team will be in HireBrain nearly every single day.  Whether a talent advisor is hosting an Intake Call with a hiring manger, or creating a job description, there is immense value in using HireBrain.  I also love the way it integrates with our other tools (Zoom, our ATS, and our Calendar).  It's improving the experience between TA and hiring manager, and increasing efficiency by leveraging the AI to do the heavy lift on drafting the job description and pushing the final version to the requisition in our ATS.  Of all the tools we use, HireBrain has been by far the easiest to adopt and the most intuitive, but it's nice to know that even if we do run into issues, those at HireBrain have been right there to support us.

**What do you dislike about HireBrain Hiring Enablement Platform?**

I'd love to see dashboards within the platform to be able to measure adoption and effectiveness.  I know that our team of talent advisors are using HireBrain often, however it'd be great to be able to quickly illustrate to leadership this fact.

**What problems is HireBrain Hiring Enablement Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing the overall time to hire -  By aligning with the hiring manager early in the process (either through Intake or using the AI prompts within the Job Description), we reduce/eliminate the unnecessary re-work spent later on.  
It is also helping us drive consistency in our process through the use of a standard Job Descripton template that is used globally, as well as standardized Intake Forms (each talent advisor is asking the same questions to ensure we capture the most complete and comprehensive overview of the role)

We have been utilizing HireBrain's job advertisement creation tool and have found it to be highly efficient and user-friendly. The HireBrain team consistently demonstrates a proactive and responsive approach, promptly resolving any issues and attentively addressing customer needs. Notably, some of our suggestions have been implemented, reflecting their commitment to continuous improvement. As they expand their capabilities, we anticipate significant opportunities for companies to enhance their recruitment processes. We highly recommend their services.

While HireBrain's job advertisement creation tool offers considerable advantages, it is currently limited to only certain aspects of the recruitment process. Expanding its scope to cover a broader range of recruitment activities would significantly enhance its effectiveness and provide a more comprehensive solution for users. We understand that such enhancements are part of HireBrain's development plans, and we look forward to these improvements.

HireBrain addresses two significant challenges in recruitment: creating more inclusive and higher-quality job advertisements and reducing the time recruiters and hiring managers need to spend on this task. By leveraging AI-generated content, HireBrain ensures that job ads are crafted with inclusivity in mind, helping to attract a diverse range of candidates. Additionally, the tool streamlines the ad creation process, allowing recruitment teams to focus on more strategic tasks rather than spending excessive time on writing and editing.

HireBrain enables a concise approach to hiring, based on brain science, keeping an optimal candidate experience as a top priority. This elevates the talent team, allowing us to build a compelling narrative  recruiters can share to build credibility as trusted advisors.

It is a labor of love when rolling out a brand new methodology. It has been a big lift to train hundreds of hiring managers, but the results have proven to be well worth the effort.

**What problems is HireBrain Hiring Enablement Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to effectively train managers to think differently. Openly discussing common ways our bias can impact decision making, is enabling us to evaluate talent more objectively and make better hiring decisions. Hiring managers are developing better interview questions, by leveraging empirical based questions to uncover demonstrated behavioral examples from a given candidate's work experience.

**What do you like best about HireBrain Hiring Enablement Platform?**

I am a big fan of the new Intake functionality. It integrates seamlessly with Zoom, the AI is accurate, the UI is intuitive, and the workflow to create a Job Description based off a recorded conversation is a great starting point. The HireBrain team is easy to talk with, takes feedback, and is constantly looking for ways to improve the platform.

**What do you dislike about HireBrain Hiring Enablement Platform?**

Their really isn't anything to dislike about the platform. If I had to say anything, the Learning app does take a time commitment from already busy hiring teams, but the content is helpful and applicable.

**What problems is HireBrain Hiring Enablement Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using Hirebrain for Learning enablement as a supplement to internal interview training, role design for hiring teams to think through ideal profiles, and creating job descriptions as well as a library. We have recently started using the new functionality of the Intake App to join and summarize new role intake meetings.

The HireBrain Hiring Enablement Platform is an extremely helpful tool for recruiters and hiring managers. The indepth platform provides both parties the opportunity to take a deep dive into the role, team, responsibilities, business and identify specific areas, skills, and needs. I feel HireBrain exercise supports the hiring managers to thoughtfully evaluate their team and determine the key skills, background, experience that is needed in new talent. The 30/60/90 day portion is beneficial to plan and organize the onboarding and training for the new hire.

While the HireBrain Hiring Enablement Platform can be a lengthy process, the overall impact is signifcant.

HireBrain platform is intuitive to use and the tools enhance and improve "learn" as we use them.  Using HireBrain platform simplified more complex processes and brought order, format, and created a repository for our job descriptions.  The customer support offered was fantastic,   and the value add of using the tool was easy to understand and for people to recognize.

We could not integrate at the time but that was not the fault of HireBrain; best use experience is integration however, it was not necessary and using the tool brought huge value

job description storage, optimization, formatting and indexing; created a library that did not exist and enhanced as we utilized more replacing old, outdated materials with most relevant and optimized

**What do you like best about HireBrain Hiring Enablement Platform?**

The HireBrain Hiring Enablement Platform is super simple and quick to learn and implement.  It integrates seamlessly with Findem, Zoom, and Linkedin.  The Ai component is just amazing and great to use when writing job descriptions, sourcing for candidates, conducting intake calls with Hiring Managers and posting on Linkedin.  I am a frequent user and when needed, the Support Team is always available.

There is nothing that I currently dislike about using HireBrain.
