modules efficiently. My favorite feature is that our customers can access their invoices and process payment without having to contact us. I also like the way this system is able to automate and track correspondences on each customer and that information is visible to everyone on the team which helps us keep from duplicating collection efforts. The customer support team is also extremely prompt and responsive when we encounter the occasional issue. Implementation of the product was the fastest we have ever implemented anything in my 26 years with our company, and this product integrated easily with our financial system. We use HighRadius in the capacity of being the client paying the invoices. High Radius makes it very easy to see all our open bills, credit memos, and current statements. Connectivity to our central ERP (SAP) broke frequently and customer service was often very slow. Trying to communicate with them during the process wasn't simple either. The email inbox still has room for improvement. It would be helpful if email population based on prior communication worked more like Outlook.
