The user interaction is quite easy, which has enabled the integration of all the departments of the company. To my mind, one of the strongest benefits of using this tool is the ability to personalize it. I am able to customize the software in a way that will fit the needs of my company and this has in a way boosted our procedures and productivity levels. Moreover, the technical support from Hify has been on retail contention level as well. They are always standby to tackle any issues or concern we succumb to or respond to any questions we ask them. They have a fantastic customer service and their approach is more of wanting to ensure that customers excel. **What do you dislike about Hify?** Whereas on the same genome concerning what I like least about Hify it is a bit slow sometimes.
