What do you like best about Hexospark?

It offers a clean, intuitive, and lightweight solution for managing personalized cold email outreach and lead nurturing at scale.

The LinkedIn browser extension that makes capturing leads effortless by scraping profiles and importing contacts directly into the CRM, where you can immediately start campaigns. The unified inbox consolidates all replies in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexospark?

Email addresses are required to add contacts, and since Hexospark doesn’t provide automatic email discovery or validation, you sometimes need to manually add or update this information. The tool doesn’t include LinkedIn automation beyond lead capture, so features like connection requests or messaging still require other solutions.

What do you like best about Hexospark?

What I like best about Hexospark is its user-friendly interface and the ease with which I can manage email marketing campaigns. The automation features are particularly effective, saving a lot of time by streamlining communication workflows. The CRM is well organized, great segmentation and advanced email personalization. What do you like best about Hexospark?

Hexospark truly won me over with its ability to link CRM and email campaigns. The major asset is undoubtedly its Chrome extension which allows for unlimited and free collection of all my LinkedIn prospects. The customer service is excellent: responsive and extremely courteous. The tool is very easy to use and has greatly facilitated the execution of my email campaigns. I wholeheartedly recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexospark?

It's hard to find negatives with this tool. However, some additional features could be added, although I understand they are coming soon. If I had to highlight an area for improvement, it would be the addition of a specific category for tracking prospects who clicked on a link in my campaigns.
