**What do you like best about Herodesk?**

I really love how easy it is to use, and how easy it is to implement. 

Their AI features are very good, for instance their AI translation and workflows.

I have tried multiple different chat softwares, and many of them feel extremely oldschool and cluttered compared to Herodesk.

**What do you dislike about Herodesk?**

I dont have anything negative to say so far, all small issues I have had, have been handled by the awesome support team :)

**What problems is Herodesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easy to have conversations with my customers - with a lot of helping features and AI, making the life for my team members 10x easier.

Making it possbile for us to do better customer support with shorter time-to-answer for our customers.

It's easy to get startet, easy to setup and the number of feature is way above what we need - but we will take it.

I haven't heard any bad thing from the support team.

Works flawlessly with multiple webshops! 
New features being added regulary! 
Price is extremely competitive compared to others on this customer-service market

Small startup that are getting more and more features - It is basic (But for me that is perfect!)

Herodesk are saving me a lot of time, because I can manage multiple shops from the same login! Also it saves me money!

**What do you like best about Herodesk?**

It's easy to use, and very minimalistic design. 
Which is whats matter, when you just want to give your customers a great experience with our customer service. 

They keep updating the system, and giving us new features. And HeroDesk feels like a very morden system.

Super nice with integration to our webshop, fetches all order information directly into HeroDesk. So we can easily see customers' order details.

If you have any questions, they are always happy to help you.

I do not dislike anything at this point.

They help us keep up with our high level customer service on a daily basis.

Gathers my different channels of customer service into one place. Affordable price as well.

Not really anyting - it does as promised

Before using Herodesk, I was managing customer service across email, Meta etc. 
Now, I have everything stored in one place as well as being able to assign different tickets to different teammembers.
