"Best for organization"

What do you like best?

Support service is the best, reply you very fast.

Its a great reporting tool for decision making.

It is easy to access.

Cost is reasonable.

What do you dislike?

No cloud based services provided in this.

Its approach focus on behavioral mental health at the risk of customer exclusion.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Huge Helper, just like the name of the product.. I get peace of mind and ease of work utilizing this software to manage the practice.. so very grateful

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The benefits that I have most enjoyed so far are product updates, customer support and pre-recorded training. I believe that a fundamental benefit is that it helps improve practice operations and return providers to their mission

"Helper - A Robust Management Software"

What do you like best?

What I liked most about HELPER was its billing service that facilitates any process. It is also a robust system that is very well configured.

What do you dislike?

It only runs on the Windows platform and there is very little support information on the web.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It would be good if more tutorials were placed on the web so that the learning curve would not be extended to users.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is a good tool to be implemented and manage the good practices of a company, in the airline is implemented by external providers and has worked without problems.

"The Helpful Helper"

What do you like best?

This software is easy to use and understand, and it has unlimited potential.

What do you dislike?

Could have a few more tutorials to help you understand all the elements of the program.

I would recommend learning as much as you can from the tutorials and don"t hesitate to call tech support.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This is a great management tool for private practices within a large organization. Our hospital has many clinics within its organization. This is very useful for non-contracted providers.

"Service that offers the basics"

What do you like best?

The program is simple and easy to use and allows for communication, billing, claims, etc. to be an easy process.

What do you dislike?

There are many applications that offer these services but this stands out above the rest.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Increases cash flow and streamlines things.
