What do you like best about Netsmart Helper?

Netsmart Helper is extremely simple to use. It took about 5-10 minutes to completely learn to navigate the system. From handling scheduling to completing notes, it was extremely easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netsmart Helper?

Once you close a note without saving it is gone. If you accidentally save a note and close it you can’t retrieve the older version which is sometimes stressful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
