What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?

I really appreciate not only being notified when documents are viewed and signed (saves me time!), but the fact that I can cc someone else in the team to keep track of the document as well is the best! This gives everyone peace of mind.

One of the best tools to use especially when working remotely in a huge team - we can quickly collaborate and send out documents in seconds.

What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?

It would be great to be able to organize documents in folders to ensure they are easier to find. I also would like to be able to share signed documents with other team members in my organization - currently only I and the signer can view the signed document so I have to manually download and share it with other team members.

If I could save a template that I can edit within HelloSign would be useful too - sometimes I have to edit 2 sentences on GoogleDoc then upload to HelloSign each time which is time-consuming.

What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?

HelloSign is a great way to get multiple people to sign the same document without having to be in the same place. I also like that I can copy and paste sections of text boxes I've created later in the document. It makes my job much faster! I also really like the add-on for Google Drive. What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?

It would be nice if the preparation page was able to recognize the size of where I'm putting the text box. The longest amount of time I spend preparing documents is resizing text boxes to fit the spaces I need them. For the Google Drive add-on, I wish I could see the document as I set up the list of signers. It would also be nice if it took longer for the links to expire, as I often have to resend the links if they're not signed quickly enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had issues frequently with glitching or fields being erased if we have to refresh or adjust any email address. It's not a huge deal because it's fast to redo but sometimes we've had to redo a document 4 or 5 times before we can get it sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?

Thanks to Hellosign, my documents are in order. Reminders are sent, which helps me relax and reduce my worries. I am sent lease agreements to fill out and sign. It's nice that you can create templates, which is a huge time saver! Although I have not tried using other sites, I find this site adequate for my specific purposes and does the job well. This is a must-have for any organisation doing business digitally with clients in different geographical locations. What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?

I like that the service is very easy to use and set up. I also enjoy how flexible it is. I can sign up for a full year for one of my businesses that I use contracts for all of the time. I can also sign up month to month on other small businesses that only send out contracts periodically. Setting up the service is fast and painless. All in all a great service and I highly recommend. As mentioned, I think HelloSign has the potential to allow a lot of incredible functionalities that would allow for a really useful implementation of tools (such as pre-approved documents), yet it limits itself restricting the number of signatories, and there loses market with companies like DocuSign and its PowerForms.
