It has saved me headaches trying to get documentation returned and knowing what has not been signed. It makes my life easier! **What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?** I wish templates could be combined into one email to send without including every document in one pdf to make each template. I have certain documents I send to certain clients. I don't like making multiple templates with the same documents based on the services the client uses. But after I learned that my existing Dropbox account could manage signatures for me I gave it a shot and it was SO easy. The actor I sent to said it was the easiest for them as well **What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?** The initial setup was a bit confusing at first. I had both my signature and the actor's as a requirement, but only need their's. It's also nice that signers are able to click the link emailed to them to get into the document directly. **What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?** I absolutely can't stand the process of applying text fields and signature fields. About 95% of the time, I get one box placed, try to shift it slightly to better align the box, and then it pops right back to the first spot it was placed in. The same thing happens when I try to re-size the box as well. Additionally, the free version of HelloSign didn't allow for saving a template (I use the same contract over and over again), but now that I'm on DigiSigner I can save everything and the process is much more streamlined. **What problems is Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) solving and how is that benefiting you?** I no longer use Dropbox Sign because DigiSigner solves my problems — i.e. needing to send out 1-3 contracts per month for signing — better and for free. So easy to navigate and find what I need. I have been a user for my company for a long while now. They make it very simple to send out your documents in order to be signed. Also like how - they do not need the signers to make an account in order to complete a document. Furthermore, they allow you to send the same document to a group of people and give you access to the progress of the document is being completed. **What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?** Sometimes, when downloading a completed 'Bulk Send' document - the file will not download right away and will not give you an explanation why it takes longer - usually assume that it would depend how many people you are send the document to. **What problems is Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We send out policy company wide that needs to be read and signed - so we use DropBox Sign in order to have the employee read it and acknowledge it.
