What do you like best about Gymdesk?

GymDesk has everything I could ever need to manage my wrestling club. However, the thing that sets GymDesk above the competition is their customer service. They are only just an email away and reply back within hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gymdesk?

I wish I had more control over website options (outside of using CSS). Something as simple as choosing different color schemes or being able to modify the grouping of menu items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features are still in the works, like the belt test event that you can not modify once you start it. You need to delete it and create a new one. You can not add or delete members for the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gymdesk?

I'd like to see continued development in the email messaging capabilities. Currently, you can send basic and automated messages to your members. I'd like to see improved graphic design options for these emails. Similar to what you might see in mailchimp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gymdesk?

Gymdesk was literally the first thing we got before starting our gym, the very act of purchasing and setting it up made everything we needed to do to get started so much clearer. It's very versatile and you can use as many or as few features as you need. We integrate with stripe and have never had an issue with payments in 2 years. What do you dislike about Gymdesk?
