What do you like best about Guusto?

I use Guusto for milestone things like work anniversaries and hitting targets, which helps in a busy workplace where recognition can be easily postponed. I like that Guusto is quick and actually gets used because it allows for immediate recognition without needing to set aside time or get approvals. It really makes people feel seen for their contributions and reinforces positive behavior. The account creation was very clear and easy with no technical issues. What do you dislike about Guusto?

One drawback of Guusto is that it can feel a bit limited once you’re familiar with the platform. While it’s great for quick recognition, there isn’t much room for customization or flexibility in how rewards or messages are structured. Occasionally, the process can feel repetitive, and the available reward amounts or options may not always match the level of effort being recognized. What do you like best about Guusto?

I love the flexibility of the delivery options being able to choose between an instant sms notification or a printed gift card URL allow us to tailor the reward to the specific situation. The bulk add recipient picture is a major time saver for team wide incentive and the ability to add a personalized note like thanking someone for taking initiative, make the recognition feel much more genuine and impact. Guusto has a solved our "Manual Reward Tracking" problem bhai providing a centralised hub where we can manage all our Account Funds and Shoutouts in one place. It has effectively eliminated the friction of physical gift card distribution, as the email SMS rewards options ensures that our team members receive their $10 rewards instantly, no matter where they are working. "Effortless Setup and Outstanding Support with Guusto"

What do you like best about Guusto?

I like how easy it is to setup Guusto for our rewards program. I think the dashboard and user interface was thoughtfully designed by the Guusto team. As a sales manager, using Guusto has helped to boost our team's performer, we have been able to grow our sales with the incentives that Guusto offers on the platform. Guusto is super easy to use and provides a variety of redeemable cards from brands that I use regularly. It also provides a virtual Mastercard option that I can use anywhere! The main challenges I’ve run into are login issues on mobile devices and difficulties signing in with email providers other than Gmail. What do you like best about Guusto?

I enjoy Guusto for employee recognition because it's so easy to give a Guusto gift card instead of searching for things for employees. There are a lot of options to choose from, and it's not limited to one or two stores, which I find really convenient. I love that there are plenty of online stores where you can grab a gift card and use it online instead of having to go to the store. "Showing your appreciation has never been easier with Guusto"

What do you like best about Guusto?

The ease of use of the platform, the ability to create teams and preload your crew so you can easily select an employee to send appreciation in form of a gift.
