What do you like best about Guusto?

I use Guusto for milestone things like work anniversaries and hitting targets, which helps in a busy workplace where recognition can be easily postponed. I like that Guusto is quick and actually gets used because it allows for immediate recognition without needing to set aside time or get approvals. It really makes people feel seen for their contributions and reinforces positive behavior. The account creation was very clear and easy with no technical issues. What do you like best about Guusto?

I love the flexibility of the delivery options being able to choose between an instant sms notification or a printed gift card URL allow us to tailor the reward to the specific situation. The bulk add recipient picture is a major time saver for team wide incentive and the ability to add a personalized note like thanking someone for taking initiative, make the recognition feel much more genuine and impact. I like how easy it is to setup Guusto for our rewards program. I think the dashboard and user interface was thoughtfully designed by the Guusto team. Guusto is super easy to use and provides a variety of redeemable cards from brands that I use regularly. It also provides a virtual Mastercard option that I can use anywhere! The main challenges I’ve run into are login issues on mobile devices and difficulties signing in with email providers other than Gmail. What do you like best about Guusto?

I enjoy Guusto for employee recognition because it's so easy to give a Guusto gift card instead of searching for things for employees. There are a lot of options to choose from, and it's not limited to one or two stores, which I find really convenient. I love that there are plenty of online stores where you can grab a gift card and use it online instead of having to go to the store. What do you like best about Guusto?

The ease of use of the platform, the ability to create teams and preload your crew so you can easily select an employee to send appreciation in form of a gift.
