I also love about the shops we can pick from. **What do you dislike about Guusto?** It's tied to a specific email when receiving and redeeming a giftcard. I wish we can use our cellphone number to redeem. **What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?** It cuts down the middleman or software to redeem a giftcard. ### 2. The app is user friendly and redeeming gifts are a breeze. **What do you dislike about Guusto?** I wish gusto had more merchants for better flexibility. These days, people want to be more practical. Shops are better than restaurants. I'd like to see more shopping options and gasoline station brands on there. **What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?** A better way to send gifts to employees.
