&lt;p&gt;Your decision rule is right, I&#39;d just sharpen one thing: &quot;multi-chain&quot; on AMB really means Fabric plus node access to a few public networks, which is fine for connecting to chains but thin for building across them. If there&#39;s any chance the protocol list grows mid-project, that gap becomes the project. Kaleido&#39;s whole pitch is absorbing that growth. On a third option, SettleMint is worth a look when the team is stronger on application code than protocol internals.&lt;/p&gt;
