**What do you like best about TTEC?**

This was a work-from-home position, so I didn’t need to use my vehicle to commute or worry about planning extra time to arrive early.

**What do you dislike about TTEC?**

It is not really a good company to work for. It was very disorganized and not very helpful in teaching me how to perform better in my role.

**Recommendations to others considering TTEC:**

Look for a different WFH experience.

**What problems is TTEC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It hasn’t solved any problems for me. The only convenience it provided was WFH so I didn’t have to commute.

TTEC offers outsourcing business resources to companies around the world. They handle major accounts for large corporations such as DISH TV and Bookings.com, as well as a diverse range of other clients.

**What do you like best about TTEC?**

Best in TTEC is human centric and collaborative.
More engagement is always helpful to set up a new bridge among a ecosystems. TTEC provides best possible way to serve as many as required requests as per flexibility. The business model it use is tremendous helpful for any technology provider.

**What do you dislike about TTEC?**

There is no such thing to dislike , more often it has good quality of service engineer who helps more calls in all time (24/7) to solve the reported problem.

A small advice please take a note that its so much beneficial and useful , and also very user friendly experience I have for BPO services in TTEC .They support each and every customer in a premium way.
The ease of access is more eye catching.

TTEC solved many a problems where a platform of TTEC provides best customer experience along with multiple expectations.
It gives immance pleasure to use the service which is best in the market . It has BPO , Outsourcing, insurance, CX portal , Human Resources services , Analytics, and many more department. It specially solves the market dependency of individual products and solved industry competition.

TTEC is currently assisting us within the company to increase our labor force in accordance with our current business processing needs, allowing us to free up internal resources to address other priorities. The effectiveness and quality of our company's business processes may be improved by TTEC's CSP solutions, which may help to lighten the workload of their internal business process team. The company is helped by TTEC's CSP solutions to innovate its business processes, which may increase market competition. The CSP solutions from TTEC work with the business to meet the regulatory requirements of our industry, which may lower the risk of fines and penalties.

The way the TTEC and its employees handle the customer requests and queries with pleasant and peaceful manner by delivering the right way of customer support and the way they try to provide their utmost service to the customer.

No dislike at all. The customer service provided by TTEC is really amazing and appreciable. Personally there is no dislike or negative outlook about TTEC.

It is a 24 /7 service and provide services to the customers. It is growing towards cloud technology as well which clients need the most

Professionalism is not that great with the customers and not an emergency go to contact as a firm.

It has numerous clients that you could apply to that would best fit your qualifications.And once one closes they tend to transfer you from another account that would best fit your qualifications.

Basically I love everything that TTEC has to offer except that they offer lower market value to their employees.

TTEC offers job opportunities to everyone even without BPO experiences, just make sure to be at your best personality, be smart and present yourself at your best.

TTECH is a business service that holds client to be in house and provide outsourcing opporutnities (job opportunities) to the locales where TTEC is currently located.

**What do you like best about TTEC?**

TTEC provieds best perfomance in the area of BPO, Consulting and other services. TTEC is the only CX partner in the market that delivers both human and digital solutions.

**What do you dislike about TTEC?**

Nothing to dislike. Everything is perfect to be honest.

**What problems is TTEC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem of outsourcing is the high cost demanded by the companies but TTEC was different which only had minimum service cost with high level of efficiency in work delivered.

They have excellent technical service, and repsond quickly to platform outages that are Cisco based.

**What do you dislike about TTEC?**

Cisco backbone causes failures that are too numerous to mention.

Used another of their solutions, do not use Cisco technology.

With Cisco as its backbone, there are multiple failures.

I liked that it offered the opportunity to work at home 

**What do you dislike about TTEC?**

I did not like how it sticks and that you have to keep updating your software to have it functioning. 
It was not user friendly

They just need to make it user friendly and more convenient to facilitate the easy transition to work from home

Teletech has professional and well trained personal.  They always are looking to solve any issue you have.

They work hard every day to satisfied their costumers.

right now I don't have a serious dislike.  They just do their work as good as the can and always in a proactive way.

I really recommend Teletech.

**What do you like best about TTEC?**

I like that is company is always hiring for different types of outsourcing positions.  They have almost a full grasp and monopoly in this field. It is fairly easy to get hired and they have always provided paid training for each position you get hired for.

**What do you dislike about TTEC?**

What I dislike is not all software is equipped to handle the business load this company receives.  This causes crashes often creating customer dissatifaction.  Seems like the corporate could stand to invest in hiring some bigger wig types to iron out some of the kinks to ensure customer satisfaction as well and employee satisfaction.

Be prepared to work hard!

**What problems is TTEC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None.  Working for this company WAH has helped me alot.  When I was unable to work outside of the home due to illness it was a great way for me to be able to still be the sole provider of my household.
