**What do you like best about Nayax?**

I like how Nayax provides better service for my customers. It makes transactions easier for the customers while getting the money directly into my bank account. I use Nayax primarily for credit card touch pay on my vending machines.

**What do you dislike about Nayax?**

The customer service needs a lot of improvement.

**What problems is Nayax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nayax for credit card payments on my vending machines. It makes transactions easier for customers and puts the money directly into my bank account. It also provides better service for my customers.

**What do you like best about Nayax?**

They are very consistent on sending payments, and they have a lot of controls in the control panel.

**What do you dislike about Nayax?**

Support.  Email support is basically non-existent.  You pretty much have to call in to get support.  Often, you will have to wait several hours for a call back (or try again the next day).  Support is not consistent.  Depending on who answers your call, you may or may not get your problem resolved.  For example, one rep couldn't figure out the settings so they just had me do an RMA replacement on the device.  Of course, the replacement had the same issue because it was a settings issue, not a hardware issue.

The online documentation is quite lacking.  There are so many things that are not referenced anywhere on their website or manuals.

**What problems is Nayax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes credit cards and it tracks inventory.

**What do you like best about Nayax?**

This is the first time I have ever use a payment system after forming my vending business. What I like best about Nayax is their online application interface. It provide me with all the report operation I need to track and monitor my business progress.

**What do you dislike about Nayax?**

The compliance team are quick to disconnect your account if you do not provide them with the information you need right away.

**What problems is Nayax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Do not know about any problems they are solving not has any benefited me.

**What do you like best about Nayax?**

It's fairly easy to use.  There are incentives for customers (Monyx) which saves the company fees.

**What do you dislike about Nayax?**

Support is difficult to get a hold of and wait times can be horrible.  There should be discounts for the more the machines you have the monthly fee should be discounted.

**What problems is Nayax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure if they are actually working it but more conducive reporting would be nice, to easily integrate with Power BI or other reporting tools outside of Nayax.

**What do you like best about Nayax?**

Nayax VPOS takes all forms of card payments- TAP-Chip-Swipe. Very easy to use and has so many different parameters to better suite your vending needs. Their new webbing SIM card has greatly helped get better and more consistent signal strength.

**What do you dislike about Nayax?**

I haven’t found an issue currently with Nayax. I’ve been very pleased with their products and customer service.

More options for customers to buy products. Also helps organize my business model.

Fast and trust full, easy to use and to manage. the integration with different vending machines is pretty easy.

sometimes there are problems with the GPR connection in some device.
