Support. Email support is basically non-existent. You pretty much have to call in to get support. Often, you will have to wait several hours for a call back (or try again the next day). Support is not consistent. Depending on who answers your call, you may or may not get your problem resolved. For example, one rep couldn't figure out the settings so they just had me do an RMA replacement on the device. Of course, the replacement had the same issue because it was a settings issue, not a hardware issue.
The online documentation is quite lacking. There are so many things that are not referenced anywhere on their website or manuals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
