Gruntify is an intuitively designed and easy-to-use system that can be implemented for most Business Continuity and Office Safety & Health programmes.

There are no complicated coding or tech requirements needed, which is very helpful when rolling out the system to a "multi-generational" team. Forms are easy to build and edit, whether that's creating a new form from scratch or simply adopting the available templates built into the system. Some scenarios we definitely see ourselves using this for are natcat incident reporting (typhoon/earthquake being in a tropical country), motorcar incident with insurance claims, and daily hazard report (already templated in the system itself). The experience is comparable to creating a Google Form but obviously with more capabilities in terms of data specifications, reporting, and collection.

We like that Gruntify can be accessed from almost any kind of device (computer/mobile) and team members can submit data both online AND offline. This flexibility and accessibility is extremely important for our subsidiaries that operate in multiple project sites, some with areas that don't allow for bringing much equipment other than a phone or tablet or where there is unstable mobile data reception. Our status quo is collating data manually (consolidating Excel sheets) thrice a week, but you can imagine how tedious and time-consuming it is. With Gruntify we can shift to having all the data available in one system, saved in one Cloud, with one way of data submission, and cut the manual administrative task out entirely to free up our team members to work on other things. No real complaints with the system so far, maybe just more options in terms of customising tasks accessible to different user roles to best fit our company's team structure. Gruntify has allowed us to manage our projects and data in one application. By creating a workspace for each team and assigning a form that they can use, we have streamlined and improved our data gathering process. Gruntify is simple to set up and start using. At first I wasn't sure such a straightforward system could offer the kind of long-term solution my team needed to gather and process data from our range of offsite research locations. But I had a usable data collection platform up and running in minutes, and the more I learn about what it can do, the more I see other problems it can solve. Simple and Easy to use. Forms are easy to configure and publish. The core capability we saw in Gruntify was the ability to collect and quickly share data in the field. Often with data collection tools, you have to make sacrifices on the interface you use or the types of data you can collect in the design; however, Gruntify's flexible platform allowed us to build digital workflows to mimic our old paper processes. Gruntify makes my work on inspecting my apartment units more efficient. I can check out on all my units, tenant requests without leaving the house. All inspections and user activity includes highly accurate location data, allowing us to make faster, smarter decisions from map views to filtering.

Reports are highly customisable and easily filterable and can be tailored for our different contractors needs.

The mobile forms and maps work offline, so our data is always accessible and safe.

Gruntify visualise data on your customised map. There aren't many companies can correctly populate data points while maintain reasonable website response and loading time. And Gruntify seems to be the only product that does the right thing to combine form/request/workflow with map visualisation.

Not to say that Gruntify also allows you to customise your map with almost 100 base map styles from dozens of providers. It also allows you to create your customised map layer without knowing too much tech detail. I've been worked with different map providers such as mapbox, arcgis etc. They require you to be an expert to use their service. However with Gruntify, it makes it so easy. And that is the true definition of power of technology - the ability to make complex stuff accessible to more people.

Apart from the maps, what really impressed me is the ability to create your own form and maintain different version easily. Before Gruntify, if I want to collect data in a given format I only have 3 ways: 1. use paper form; 2.use Google Form which only support simple structure; 3. build your own form server/website. Clearly none of them is ideal, they are either too complicated, or not really fit the business need. Gruntify is the first and only product I've ever find that could help people to build form with complex structure, conditional logic and various of control types. The only thing I think Gruntify could improve is to introduce more customised controls and categorise them in business domain. The current controls fits 95% of the business need. But that 5% is also very important for some key business area. But I am glad to see that the Gruntify team is already working on that, though it could take time for changes to roll out.
