Beautiful but efficient, simple but powerful, fully-featured but not overloaded - we have the perfect balance to help you out. ## GroupSpaces Reviews ### 1. Great platform for the price - No longer in business though **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Adam B. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2021 **What do you like best about GroupSpaces?** I liked that I could handle all of my database, emails, and landing page edits all in one place. It was easy to create lists and send email blasts to segmented lists. The emails were text based and was easy to use. I liked that I could create events and take payments for those events using this platform as well. I was able to organize my members based off of if they had paid, when the last time that they were paid members, etc. This allowed me to send emails to groups based on thier activity with the organization. I was also able to integrate this system with Wordpress so that I could have people pay their membership dues from our website or pay for an event from our website as well. I also liked how I could create events and send them to facebook for management. **What do you dislike about GroupSpaces?** I don't like that this platform went out of business. After we got the message that the company was going out of business, we did some searching, and other platforms that had the same functionality were quite a bit more. This caused us to have to return to managing our database on excel. But after doing that research, I can see why they went out of business. Their pricing couldn't keep them in business. The analytics were a little scarce. I wish I could integrate analytics with the website so that I could see the web traffic we were receiving in the same platform. **Recommendations to others considering GroupSpaces:** Unfortunately the only recommendation I have is to look for another platform that is not out of business. I really did like this platform, and it is too bad that they no longer exist. But if that changes, I would definitely use this company. Another recommendation I would have is to check back in the future to see if these guys restructured their pricing and restarted their business. **What problems is GroupSpaces solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was solving quite a few problems, but now with GroupSpaces out of business, I have more issues than I use to. I run a small non-profit, so we have to keep our expenses really low. This platform did just that, but with them being gone, I don't have that anymore. It integrates every need that I have into one perfect flow of functions! Super fast snappy and has worked flawlessly for me and my network! **What do you dislike about GroupSpaces?** Nothing in the product did I not like. I feel that every part of it in a whole functions great and in an amazing way. I've had no problems with it whatsoever and recommend it! **What problems is GroupSpaces solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving the need for being in one room with my groups. I can integrate every person into one group and get things done quickly. With the pandemic creating in person issues this is a great product! ### 3. I especially utilized the collecting fees tool as a way to stay organized. I also liked sending newsletters through their platform. **What do you dislike about GroupSpaces?** I do not like that it was discontinued. I do think with current updated technology, there can be more features and updates to pre-existing tools in GroupSpaces. **What problems is GroupSpaces solving and how is that benefiting you?** GroupSpaces helped me stay more organized. We financially benefited because the platform helped us stay on top of finances and payments. In turn, business increased because we were more efficient with managing projects. ### 4.
